Does anyone else experience a strange taste in their mouth after drinking milk? Not sure how to describe it… kinda sour and metallic, not pleasant. Happens with any type of milk for me, particularly strong when raw.

@nothingclever I get this sometimes when binge drinking milk at night , once in awhile something is suboptimal in daily eating and energetic requirements are too high so I wake up once or twice a night , sometimes it has been more to binge drink sugary milk and go back to sleep. I think it's from the slower digestion at night so the milk gets fermented more. so maybe u have slow digestion

nope. maybe lay off the milk and do other dairy.

I've written on here before about store milk... it fluctuates in temperature, is in cheap and packed in thin plastic, probably from industrial farms in sub-optimal places. On top of that, bovaer may already be in use. Never noticed "bad" milk or "off" milk until the last few years. Even the whole milk I've had recently tasted thin and flavorless so who knows what's really in it.

@Corngold interesting. I’m referring to raw milk in this case

@sunsunsun possibly. I tend to have regular bowel movements multiple times a day and have a high metabolism
