Thats pretty much how I see it too. If a supplement already works in its regular form, I don't really see the need to make it nano.

@engineer have you seen this?: https://raypeat.com/articles/articles/rosacea-inflammation-aging.shtml Maybe tetracycline would help, or more simply, a raw carrot a day, or an overthecounter anti microbial like bismuth subsalicylate (kaopectate)

@lobotomize said: @Alsulaimani take pregnan its a neurosteroid and gaba a agonist . cycle it so to not kardashian yourself Was going to say that this a job for high quality pregnenolone. @alsulaimani , most of the pregnenolone on the market is reported to be impure junk that won't work as expected. One of the precious few products we can recommend with a degree of confidence is from Haidut's store. You may also want to try cycling thru a few magnesium forms till you find one that hits you the right way. For myself the Mag sulfate, bicarbonate, hydroxide and chloride forms make me care much less about negative comments from people, but there are limits. Small doses throughout the day work well for me. Calcium is calming for some so maybe take a tiny bit along with your Mag for proper mineral balance. Androsterone in low-mid doses makes me very outspoken, that may not be good in a retail environment. It does feel good though. Haidut's 11-keto-DHT product reminds me of a stronger pregnenolone and i can even feel it lowering the cortisol response of too much morning coffee on an empty stomach. But personally i'd start on Pregnenolone and Mag and test that protocol for a few weeks. Let us know how it works out.

I think it has to do with bile flow issues /cholestasis. IIRC a progesterone metabolite is implicated in pregnancy induced cholestasis. "Significantly less hepatic bile partitioned into the gallbladder in progesterone-treated than in control animals." https://pmc.ncbi.nlm.nih.gov/articles/PMC1191632/ Ive had similar issues in the past when taking pregnenolone and progesterone. Id try some things that help with cholestasis like TUDCA, gentian or cascara.

I heard on Bioenergetic helpline episode that someone had trouble sleeping with taking T4 actually before bed, perhaps what disrupt my sleep architecture is the T4 component of NDT when taken later in the day.

@zaaku it only happens to me when I am not feeling optimal due to low vibration thoughts and/or not being well fed and rested. I notice it more likely in the morning before breakfast and/or suboptimal rest what you're describing happened to me to the extent I wouldn't even want to be on the same floor as them, contrasted to when I am feeling good and I am relaxed around them even when they're behaving annoyingly. secondly, you feeling bad around them feeds them feeling bad and more likely to continue. the truth it isnt even really about them it's about the person who is feeling uncomfortable as a result of the other person's presence. the best thing to do is use the opportunity when you feel bad around them to recognize it as contrast. for further information on this subject of effectively turning what felt bad before into something that feels good via contrast search Brian wither's videos on YouTube and lastly morphic field isnt concrete you vill feel bad but more like how some people feel bad around emf and some people dont even notice it and thrive nonetheless

Replying to an old thread on off chance it might help someone. Have had tinnitus on and off for months. It was never fully gone in that time. I assumed it was caused by endotoxin (diet has been mixed at best lately) and/or higher than usual aspirin use. I took 250mg of niacinamide earlier and the tinnitus is now completely gone. It's a shock to not even hear it as a background hum, which shows me just how constant it's been these past months. Ray gave the advice years ago that niacinamide can treat it. Worth trying.

Yes, actually. At the beginning of the year, I had a scaly growth on my scalp. I went to a skin cancer clinic to get it checked out, and it was confirmed as a seborrheic keratosis. It was suggested to me by the doctor that it was best to leave it alone, or alternatively I could get electrocautery with the risk of a permanent bald spot. I was unsatisfied with those options so I did some Googling. The solution I found was diclofenac gel. It's an NSAID sold as a topical solution for muscle pains, arthritis, etc. The product I used is sold as "Voltaren Pain Relief Gel 12 Hourly" in Australia, which is 23.2mg/g diclofenac gel (or 2.32%). It's generally suggested to use a strength between 1% and 3% for seborrheic keratosis. I applied it every morning for about 6 weeks and it started to flake off after a few weeks, leaving brand new skin underneath. Completely gone. I'm pretty thrilled because I was told to live with it for the rest of my life. It cost me literally $12 to get rid of it. I hope it helps you too. -- Here's some literature to support it: Diclofenac gel may be a new treatment option for seborrheic keratosis: https://pmc.ncbi.nlm.nih.gov/articles/PMC4886602/ Comparative evaluation of topical diclofenac sodium versus topical ibuprofen in the treatment of seborrheic keratosis https://pubmed.ncbi.nlm.nih.gov/33022801/ Novel Research Regarding Topical Use of Diclofenac in Dermatology—Non-Clinical and Clinical Data https://www.mdpi.com/2218-0532/93/3/34 Comparative study between Diclofenac 3% Cream and 17% Salicylic acid + 2.5% 5 fluorouracil cream in the treatment of Seborrheic Keratosis https://ijced.org/archive/volume/12/issue/1/article/26344/pdf

@mag-me said: why would high dose aspirin have a negative effect on the liver please explain HD aspirin impact the detox pathway Cyp450 (slow down + remain longer) What does CYP450 do in the liver? The cytochrome P450 (CYP450) system describes a group of enzymes found predominantly in the liver that are responsible for the metabolism of most drugs in clinical use. CYP450 enzymes are typically involved in phase I oxidation, reduction, and hydrolysis reactions within the liver.

@BearWithMe said in Mysterious gallbladder disease - can't digest fat for no apparent reason: I was surprised my PTH is so low because my symptoms and clinical findings (hypercalcemia, hypophosphatemia) exactly match those of hyperparathyroidism, minus the low PTH of course. I agree that this doesn't match up. Not elegant. What would retesting PTH change about it? How much calcium do you take per day? I have not many new ideas since the past ones. I'd rather do a full electrolyte panel (Na, Cl, K, Ca, Mg), kidney function, total protein, urea, uric acid, complete blood count, liver enzymes, cobalamin and H. pylori IgG & IgA immunoblotting, all in serum. And consider artichoke leaf extract and pinning Bpc 157.

Necroing my own post but B complex and increased calorie intake (including 70+ g of fat) seems to have fixed this problem. Mag glycinate was, however, of no avail.
