@LetTheRedeemed you know what's funny? I made a similar post as OP before with a different, now deleted username. The funny thing Is I approached the criticism from the opposite direction of lykos. Lykos critiques Danny from a position of Lykos being a white nationalist chudcel himself and Danny not being chuddy enough for him, and I critiqued D.R. for promoting white replacement theory as a rallying call for his followers and secondly for promoting the president ear shooting (which Danny later deleted and admitted it was probably a psyop, but without an apology / correction post) as a way to rile up his followers that something was definitely happening and that they should all be very concerned and pay lots of attention. Something else that inspired me to critique Danny was him promoting and being friends with guys who would make ray peat hitler meme edits, which I think is weird for a guy who claims to be a respecter of Ray Peat.
I post this with the full self awareness that D.R. contributed a lot to peat-o-sphere with his podcasts before he sperged out on Haidut for consorting with Mercola.
anyways none of that stuff really matters. I'm projecting here, but we all know Lykos made this series of crass and somewhat annoying posts because he felt impotent in the moment, and I'm saying that because I had nothing better to do at the time than criticize a health influencer or whatever like some soap opera drama, so I also felt impotent.
this morning irl I let someone's disrespect (I perceived it at this) throw me and it's because I actually engaged with lykos' stupid annoying posting style as well as browsed twitter and read similar crass, uncouth, annoying, hateful posts.
back when he posted his original mirror phone selfie (if it is even his, who knows, I don't even think he is Russian, I don't believe much of what he says) I actually started to comment on his annoying post and blocked him after. I blocked lykos recently here too but unblocked him for some dumb reason.
I manifested the irl disturbance by engaging with seething mutant energy.
there are things called pendulums which are basically egregore's of social energy, this is described by Vadim Zeland, and this is something I noticed myself in life before reading it being explained. Me engaging with this type of energy just makes it stronger and brings it into my life more. I saw someone describe twitter , due to the new algorithm, as the psychic nazi warfare app, and that's basically what it is now. just scrolling it and engaging with people that displayed Lykos (hopefully temporary) energy can mess up your own world. LettheRedemmed posted earlier about exceptionism vs exceptionalism, and I fully subscribe to the former. Because even when reading and agreeing with a lot of what the various posts here have said about the cultural/historical stuff round masculinity and honor, I legitimately believe I don't fit into what is ordained for typical men in the current conditions of le west where apparently there aren't really as strong boy to man ascension rituals. I accept that yet I also don't fit into the typical byproduct of such a system, im not dysfunctional, although I have been all those neumale things, but I transcend them somehow because of my wants and beliefs.
the point about guys saying things as common insults , I think it is perverse, I have come across many guys who say insulting things online and its clear they never had a significant male friends group irl because they would have learned it's ugly behavior and not tolerated without fisticuffs. it is really easy to spot unmasculine men online who haven't had a significant male associate/friend group in their life.
