@CrumblingCookie 11 keto steroids aren't illegal to buy whereas testosterone is, that is why they are sold as research chemicals and supplements.

@CrumblingCookie I don't know if what you're saying holds up. Anabolism is mostly blocking of cortisol and partially androgenicism. The study shows 11 keto T is as androgenic as regular T, so there's that. I don't know if the anti-cortisol effects are as strong though which would be the defining factor for those reports.

@alfredoolivas The "illegal to buy" kind of seems like a moot point here. The institutions and universities doing research on these things are clearly buying them from somewhere or are synthesizing it themselves, a process almost 100 years old and nothing unusual. And anyone can just buy premade vials from many places online. The market cap is clearly huge given how publicly known the whole steroidsphere is along with peptides. So in my comparison I'm not even thinking about that and solely evaluating the products on a purely physical basis.

11 keto Testosterone peeks between 15-18 years of age.

@Mauritio is this a good thing or a bad thing? would it be youthening?

what is more youthening ? testosterone or a metabolite like 11 kt?

@wester130 I thought it was interesting. Because if it was just some "adrenal stress hormone" as some will surely dismiss it as, it probably wouldn't peak during the time where people generally are the most healthy.

                Dare to think.

@Mauritio I don't have anything more to say about 11 keto T specifically because I haven't used it since my last post. However, since then, I've been experimenting with T isocaproate. The general feeling with that is very similar. Thermogenic, more energy consumption, with more muscle growth too. However, despite being aromatizable, I don't feel estrogenic at all because of other Peaty things I'm doing, so the net effect is basically identical to 11 keto. This is all what a good cortisol blocker would be. So, my point still stands: XI-KT is good if you want T's effects but want a simple, readily available bottle you can just put on your skin.

@wester130 It's hard to say for sure but something has definitely changed since going scorched earth with Peating in general. When I was megadosing 11 keto DHT my body odor changed so that I didn't need deodorant anymore because if you smell my armpits, although they don't smell like butterflies and sunshine, the smell doesn't repel you. So that would be an obvious sign of phermones coming into play. I later stopped doing DHT and instead did pansterone and kuinone which did increase DHT similarly and delivered the same nice smell. With 11 keto T and now T isocap the nice smell is still there but also with the help of 11 keto DHT to offset the 5ar competition from progesterone.

Aside from that, it's interesting how girls seem to be affected most by this change in pheromones. There is a Colombian in judo club who keeps trying to get my attention despite already having a Mexican "friend" of her own, so I don't know what's going on there. And just today an Asian girl taking the same course as me seemed oddly receptive to my request to work with her on exam questions.
