      Symptoms:

Maintained a natural lack of appetite… followed by binges. Within reason. Like having a breakfast and feeling no hunger for lunch. And then sitting on the side of the road and scoffing down 1000kcsl of groceries.

I threw up the first night. Without any “binging”. Was extremely nauseous yesterday.

Very bloated physique so a lot of electrolyte changes.

But I am feeling very good and positive.

I believe the refeeding syndrome will be over today if it is not over already. Thank you for any concern.

Not even sure why. I’ve added in a lot of salt. Simply from just eating more processed foods. Looks like I’ve had way too much food and anadrol lol.

The calf edoema is insane too 🤣 I will not share this.

But given the extreme weight loss diet and then my reasonable diet following. this is a medical issue yes. Let’s see how this goes

Still at a magnitude incomparable to the estradiol overdoses

                Refeed syndome update:
                It has gotten better.
Vomitting and nausea has stopped. Just happened once. It did not happen after a binge. The first "binge" (1000 kcals) happened after. There was a second binge guys that was like 400 calories lol.
It's not even the calorie count that matters. It's the uncontrolled daze. Since then tho, no binge.

I am extremely high temp and full of energy. I feel amazing.
Extremely hungry. I do not give in.
Stomach is extremely distended and pangs when I don't eat and when food enters my system. It's so painful but weirdly good. Really bad sign.
Still have oedema. It's really fucking bad in the legs.
Pee colour has normalised 😄 used to be brownish red.
                No cramps anymore too

However. Despite litterally only being able to do 2 pull ups from my boydweight being so high.
It's not over and we are back.

My face looks the leanest it has in years, despite having odeoma lol. That is why I wanted to lose weight. To have supoptimal water and fat distribution and still have satisfactory self image.

The plan is to ride this out. My body is giving me ghrelin & energy to chase squirrels and eat them and get fat. No. I'll just not get fat thanks. And use that energy you are giving me towards other activities. That don't last 5 seconds when the reward come. That's the plan bascially.

What happens? Am I lipogenic currently? I’m not weighing myself. What happens to my metabolic rate? Anorexia women have higher glucose oxidation levels during this whole thing vs normal controls… what happens to the odoema. Why did this happpen? I what started, to eat fat and protein? Some sardines a day?

I have no idea. I’ll do some “research” aka cope and speculation

Oh. And I have not lost strength still since the start. Maybe it's the odoema. Or AAS , as planned 🙂

@LetTheRedeemed the salt makes it 10x worse. It’s in everything packaged. Disgusting! That’s why people look better clean I swear. They don’t have to eat a gram of sodium everytime they eat a fucking sandwich! Or multiple every meal!

Peat's whole thing is that salt consumption is at an all time low. I've upped my salt consumption as high as possible over the last few years, and I've never had edema. I always have to salt food when I eat out cuz nothing is salted to my taste. The breads or other ingredients could be raising HGH and estrogen, the edema hormones. The first thing I would look at is promoting progesterone and steroid synthesis -- chow down the egg yolks my man

@LetTheRedeemed so the data is lying that it hasn’t budged? It’s pretty plausible that it is.As you said, it offers flavour.

It’s good you don’t hold more water weight. But you are looking at a single mechanism and claiming that it overrides sodium’s movement into the interstitial tissues which causes enhanced water accumulation in these areas.

Aldosterone falls because it’s too late already. Sodium
has already increased extracellulular blood flow in the kidney tubules increasing renin production. The increased renin increases aldosterone.

Aldosterone can’t step in and just save the day here.
It can’t just block the resorption of all excess sodium, and sodium levels return to normality. As I said, it’s too late and not sufficient.

I agree though. The rise after salty meals is small and temporary. But aldosterone being lowered is not enough to stop this rise.

I believe yeah, there is a sweet spot. Where one can manipulate this to keep aldosterone suppressed via a level of tubular sodium that keeps renin low enough.

But peats observations were done on 1.) healthy populations very different to our own health. 2.) hospital use controlled diets different from western - electrolytes and carbohydrate Intake are monitored in these settings and are never excessive. Like someone eating a high salt diet in a hospital bed is eating a normal salt diet outside.

TLDR:…. it’s completely reasonable to believe this globally shared experience of salt making you puffy, the simple theory behind it and the many many many global shared findings across the years showing an increase in water weight…. Is true! And that Peat, focussing on a single mechanism, with fewer antecdotes and quality evidence is wrong.
