I never have a good sleep and I'm always tired during the day.

I"m not sure of these things. She does also have a thyroid issue and is taking cynomel. This improved her well being and her hair loss reversed.
She's still in the process of figuring out what the best step would be with the deviated septum. The sleep study is still pending. Maybe she will chose surgery but it's not her first choice.

@happyhanneke Is she scared of surgery? I heard that it's a simple one.

@ThinPicking I've seen you speak of osmolarity I believe before. Please can you expand on water and teeth? I am in fairly good health but to tell the truth my teeth are awful: broken and full of holes.

I always relate it to drinking acidic drinks most hours of the day and neglecting to rinse my mouth afterwards.

They're porous and fundamentally hydrodynamic. Your bones are too but teeth are under their own special assault. There's 3 fluids involved and 3 membranes. They all have circadian and infradian tides, and they're aiming for particular compositions and concentrations.

                    Pick a rabbit hole.

Everyone's taking damage md. Try to look after them and find a good dentist you can have a bit more than a functional consult with.

I think there's a remarkable capacity for healing them, in you. Things could get a bit weird on the way to really engaging this.

Dog hanging with me had 2 big cavities, big holes, i started giving him one can of sardine a day recently and seemingly one of the holes almost fully filled in and there is a tiny hole left. Can you expend on your diet, and wich supps have you tryed such as k2 and what impact it had? Manganese can be goated for teeths hardness, whiteness and opacity, cavities, hard dental plaque. If you heavy on sugar, dairy, even more so

Do you eat meat or legumes? You need methionine, glycine and arginine in good amounts to support methylation. Being overly reliant on milk for protein doesn't work

@ridethelightning some takes from my experience.
Milk with or without sugar makes me sluggish, horny, sensitive to light, and doenst hydrate much. Drink and still feel thirsty.

However, milk mixed with ice, sugar and some coffee (can be without coffee) until cream consistency makes me extremely hidrated, makes me lose weight, and gives a medium level of energy, higher energy if with coffee or cocoa powder.

I agree that milk is actually pretty difficult to find equilibrium.
If drinking milk without mixing with ice i would recommend not sipping more than 3 times.
If mixed with ice i can drink until full and last all the day working.

It may have a relation with oxygenation, temperature or ions. Or a combination of the 3

Drinking milk without mixing with ice also makes me have symptons of bruxism.
