I never have a good sleep and I'm always tired during the day.

Almost all of my back teeth have tiny cavities, but they're still pretty small for now. I'm in my mid 20s.

Do you have an avoidant or abusive relationship with h2o?

i suggest making an inverse post:

“I always have a good sleep and am always energized during the day”

@ridethelightning do you have some degree of dental hard plaque/tartar, behind your 2 bottom front teeths per exemple? Tiny cavities started with "ray peat diet" or you already had it prior?

I could do a mediocre and sometimes. That's a good mantra though.

I"m not sure of these things. She does also have a thyroid issue and is taking cynomel. This improved her well being and her hair loss reversed.
She's still in the process of figuring out what the best step would be with the deviated septum. The sleep study is still pending. Maybe she will chose surgery but it's not her first choice.

@happyhanneke Is she scared of surgery? I heard that it's a simple one.

@ThinPicking I've seen you speak of osmolarity I believe before. Please can you expand on water and teeth? I am in fairly good health but to tell the truth my teeth are awful: broken and full of holes.

I always relate it to drinking acidic drinks most hours of the day and neglecting to rinse my mouth afterwards.

No not really she just wants to make a good decision.

They're porous and fundamentally hydrodynamic. Your bones are too but teeth are under their own special assault. There's 3 fluids involved and 3 membranes. They all have circadian and infradian tides, and they're aiming for particular compositions and concentrations.

                            Pick a rabbit hole.

Everyone's taking damage md. Try to look after them and find a good dentist you can have a bit more than a functional consult with.

I think there's a remarkable capacity for healing them, in you. Things could get a bit weird on the way to really engaging this.

Dog hanging with me had 2 big cavities, big holes, i started giving him one can of sardine a day recently and seemingly one of the holes almost fully filled in and there is a tiny hole left. Can you expend on your diet, and wich supps have you tryed such as k2 and what impact it had? Manganese can be goated for teeths hardness, whiteness and opacity, cavities, hard dental plaque. If you heavy on sugar, dairy, even more so
