Binge Eating

I find myself unable to control my eating habits and am always feeling hungry, as if my appetite is insatiable. I'm seeking any guidance that won't negatively impact my metabolism or cause other issues.

Eat less.

Start with low hanging fruits:
- increase protein intake
- 3 meals per day, with at least 40 g of protein
- breakfast for champs -> impacts overall daily food intake
