For individuals under 21 seeking to maximize hormone levels, specifically hormones and androgens, to enhance height, promote facial bone growth, and achieve the "Hunter Eyes" look, meaning bigger browridge and less UEE. How can this be effectively accomplished? While genetic factors play a predominant role, how can one strategically leverage hormones and androgens to potentially enhance these physical attributes? Are there specific supplements or peptides recommended for this purpose?

@qqq I think the important factors are the ones you probably already know, maintaining robust thyroid function, supplementing if necessary, lifting weights, and pursuing a vigorous, fulfilling life

deadlifts, eating lots of gelatin, cheese and meat

            high-doses vitamin K2
            2000 IU Vitamin D

not much else you can do to be honest, messing with hormones at your age could seriously mess things up

Upper eyelid exposure also play a factor on how dominant and hunter you eyes become

High bodyfat = no upper eyelid exposure = dominant hunter eyes
Low bodyfat = yes upper eyelid exposure = sort of prey look

Ofcourse bodyfat is not the only factor on upper eyelid exposure.. many things can affect how much the fat go towards the eye area
