I think it's not always hormonal or health related.
Sometimes and most of the time from what I have observed the childhood imprints, and/or the environment will create a type of mindset, ex: scarcity mindset (for example in some cultures people will love and take pride in helping others, and in others being kind and helpful can be seen as weakness as people tend to be very competitive for examples)...or entitlement: in some places being of a certain gender or a certain skin color or having money can make people feel superior to others and treat them badly.
@SpaceManJim I think he was talking about the pyroxidine form not the p5p. Personally I don't use the p5p form. He tended to advise people to moderate the quantities of supplements used as they tend to have impurities while being made, or instead to use food as your medicine.
I think like the expression said less is more.
@SpaceManJim hi, I am glad that you have found something that is helping you. I only use b6 time to time around my periods like a few days before because I tend sometimes not always to feel as energetic or well as I would like.
My advice would be to be very careful with b6, as Dr Peat said it can provoke nerves damaged and 100mg is a way too high dose. I think he advised like 10mg and not to use often. He recommended more b1 and B3.
What you are describing is my normal state now that I reached after years of peating and I don't take that many supplements either. I recycle progesterone because I still have some but once it will finish I will stop using it as I think with food I am good now. I have some b vitamins if needed. I take d3 during winter on my skin and some a on my skin as well, but as I eat liver I don't do much of the b and a.
@CO3 : ok thanks. I tend to have eggs most of days for my breakfast with orange juice. I always removed the whites as Ray said they are not that great and I try to limit my methionine intake.
I wanted to try these for lunch, but I can try during the weekend. Once a week should be fine.
@CO3 I would love to try them for breakfast or lunch. Looks delicious. Is there a way to do them without the eggs?
@hypercashoidism, I think it's about the preparation. The bread has time to leavened so it's easier to digest, like sprouting some grains renders them more digestible and add more vitamins.
@mostlylurking aw, I am sorry for all your health issues. I must say that I am quite lucky after a few health woes that my health is in a good place now. But I am much younger than you, and I have been peating for a few years now which has helped tremendously.

@hypercashoidism hi, while Ray didn't recommended bread specifically. He said sourdough bread was not too bad. So you have to see how you feel after.
@mostlylurking: hi, don't you recycle time to time. For example, me, I don't like to be dependent on supplements and tend to prefer a food source like liver for the b vitamins, oysters (, copper, irons and minerals), if I eat meat, I add eggshells powder for more calcium on my coffee, and I do take thyroid (cynoplus and cynomel) if I feel symptoms during my luteal phase (2 weeks before my periods).
I think I will try to do one week of b vitamins (b1 hcl, B2, B3, b5, biotin and b6) to recharge my batteries once every 3 months.
May I know why you don't recycle and take it all year long?
