@Brandon @donovan @Jonny-Rico Thank you. I have been resting and doing what you guys have suggested. It seems like I am making really amazing progress on the knees. I have been close to hitting my normal sets on leg extension too!

Bone hardening
How would one most efficiently harden and strengthen their bones?
Would harder than average bones be helpful in something like fighting sports?

Knee pain
I've done some sissy squats on the smith machine with heavy weight. I thought I could do it, but my right knee got a little fucked from it. I've been having slight pain ever since. Any ideas on how to heal from this?

RE: How to lower myostatin?
@monadology Yeah. I'm definitely not wanting to go all out, like with YK-11. I mainly strive for lowering myostatin to a reasonable level to squeeze a little extra gain out, lol.

RE: Simple at home solutions to fix a humpback?
I have the beginnings of one too. If it is mild and if it is from poor posture, I'd say a good way to fix it is through correct posture, and constant stretching of the area.

RE: How to lower myostatin?
@Cabron Very nice. I do know that working out with resistance training does lower myostatin levels. Though, I've heard that myostatin goes to baseline after around 8 hours?
I have been thinking about working out on certain 'hard gaining' muscle groups, like calves, daily. Though, I have to do more research. I do not know if training decreases myostatin levels throughout the whole body, or just in the muscle groups that you are training.

RE: Low Testosterone and Blood Work
@dannyphantom If you are active and you are getting in your vitamin D3 and K2, I think you are good. I am wondering if you just recently made a lifestyle change and had the test done prior (maybe that would explain the low test too)? Anyways, keep doing on what you are doing. Get good sleep (which is so important for testosterone), train, and eat well (you may have to look into supplements. So many people are low in zinc and magnesium).
So, I'd say for now, keep doing on what you are doing and maybe do another test after a while of being healthy as fuck.

How to lower myostatin?
I've been on a gym journey for a while now, and now I've been wanting to try to lower myostatin more and more to try to achieve a greater building of muscle in a shorter period of time. I have been looking into creatine. Apparently, creatine lowers myostatin and promotes satellite cells. I've also heard epicatechin (from cacao and other sources) is really good at lowering myostatin.
Add on and advise!
