- Pre-packaged fruit cups in syrup/juice
- Applesauce squeeze pouches
- Ruger wafers (fat is coconut oil and palm kernel oil)
- Honey Crisp cereal
- Bugels
- Oriental Corn Chips (have to check label but a lot of them are made with coconut oil and/or palm kernel oil.)
- Naked Juice smoothies
- Microwaved/Pre-Popped Popcorn (check label to see if coconut oil, palm kernel oil, or butter. e.g. LesserEvil Himalayan Pink Salt Organic Popcorn)
- Reay-to-drink coconut water that has added sugar (or I mix with other juices).
My daily go-to combo at work is Naked Juice Smoothie and Ruger wafers/Bugels from the cafe. At home, it tends to be coconut water, fruit cups and applesauce squeeze pouches.
