@Pulastye I don't know. I heard Ray tell haidut that you don't want to get oil in the lungs. Haidut was talking about someone who gave her old mother some progesterone in the nose and it helped her a lot. Ray gave a warning. That's the only reason I said anything.

RE: Canker sores / tongue swelling
@raytreats Might try swishing with hypertonic salt water. I've heard him say 7x times an isotonic solution also 10x.

Somewhere in the later half of this video Ray talked about hypertonic solutions healing ulcers and stuff. If you do some searches in the peaty search engines for the word hypertonic stuff will probz pop up.

RE: Nosebleeds
@Pulastye don't put petroleum anywhere on or in you. You also don't want to get oil in your lungs as Ray has said before. If I remember right, Ray said something like our bodies have no clear way to deal with petroleum oils, they get stored or something. Someone clarify if you know.

RE: alldaychemist.com
@idealabsrat I just tried to check out and it say's it needs physicians name and number, I put my name, i put my number there. It asks me to send in a prescription, but it's not required to check out and pay. I have never sent one in before. And it's been all good.
Is it actually requiring you to send one before you can move forward?Screen Shot 2024-02-02 at 2.45.40 PM.png

@idealabsrat They don't care, at least they didn't a year ago. I have typed in my own name there and didn't attach prescription. I've ordered many times with no problems.

RE: Shilajit Peaty?
@b_well_insomnia I think everything Ray talks about is co2 friendly. Good thyroid function=good cellular respiration which means sugar can turn into co2. Probs why he is always mentioning thyroid.
Yes baking soda can and same with bag breathing and co2 baths. I'm sure there are a ton of other factors. Less estrogen, more co2. The right amount of pure salt, more co2. Vitamin K, more co2. Check out that video sometime it's sweet.

RE: Shilajit Peaty?
@b_well_insomnia You're welcome, I'm no expert, but I remember the bit Peat said about the citric acid in sour orange juice binding to metals and dropping them off wherever.
https://youtu.be/mdLHWFJI2y0?si=Jp0nL86z2JrIHNC3&t=2890
I watched this recently from the 48minute mark on, it's pretty slow up till the 48 min. He got into some fascinating stuff about co2 and how that, in my own words, keeps the train flowing, keeps the calcium out of the cell, pushes minerals along. That sounds like a steady detox to me, when the calcium is out of the cell perhaps that's when it can bind to things.Have you seen this video?

The fulvic acid can probably move around heavy metals in the body similar to citric acid.I'm thinking detoxing is a very long process that happens more safely when you follow Ray's ideas.

RE: CO2 Bag Baths
@dannyphantom One day I had my co2 tank in the fridge where I had it hooked up to a bottle, the tube fell off the bottle because I didn't have a hose crimp in one spot. I was living in a small apartment at the time and the whole tank emptied in there when I was gone. I got home and there was a co2 smell and it felt so great in there for a while.
It would have to be a very tightly sealed room and a lot of gas to get a room to deadly co2 levels in my experience..

RE: CO2 Bag Baths
@brad Ray said doesn't matter. The gas goes through.
I have a co2 tank with a regulator on it with some connectors that let me carbonate beverages and also can do the trash bag thing.
One of the most delicious carbonated things I make is half concord grape juice half distilled water, put it in a threaded bottle, get it cold and connect it to the tank and shake it for a minute or two.
It's so good everyone should try this. That grape juice is so dense and thick in flavor, cutting it with water works great and the co2 makes it taste ridiculous good.

RE: Water filter
@yoan I've been messing around with this for years. Megahome distiller is legit. Takes 5 hours to make a gallon.
If I lived on shitty city water I would buy a cheap Reverse osmosis unit and distill that water. It will keep the distiller much much much more clean if you run it through RO first.
I would buy a cheap ass RO unit and immediately replace the RO cartridge thingy with this: https://www.amazon.com/gp/product/B098KL3H86/ref=ppx_yo_dt_b_search_asin_title?ie=UTF8&psc=1
Cheap RO units waste a crap ton of water, I can't remember exactly how much mine wasted, but it was like 6 gallons wasted for 1 gallon created. That RO filter in the link is huge and more efficient. It's easy to swap it out, it's all these shark bite style push connectors.

@fd Clonidine from alldaychemist works. I use it sometimes and like it.

RE: Better frozen OJ Concentrate
I think someone on that thread said one day they noticed metalic particles of death at the bottom when they emptied the minute maid concentrate. Things like that me no like, but could have been a fluke. The packaging on those with the metal top and bottom and the freak paper tube with weird liner seems pretty lame.
There's a all plastic OJ concentrate that tastes ok kind of, is all plastic better, maybe, don't know. It's Great value brand at LawMart and sometimes other stores. Anyone try that one?
