He wasn't impressed with all the research from NASA. He considered HRV (heart rate variability) a fad. But HRV is the glue of of ringcore that began with the Oura ring. But all it is is glorified old heart rate measurement technology derived and spun into a hodgepodge stew of questionable biomarkers that is more marketing than science, based on it being from NASA 'rocket science.' Dressed up additionally in the garments of AI, it should keep selling well into the age of wearables with brands like Polar, Samsung, and Apple joining in the fray.
