I pulled the post to double check the exchange because I didn't know why he would want to say that but it would be great if someone wants to clarify what he meant. I already listened more than once and I think he was just being candid.

I heard the 3-5 year number. It made me sick for a minute. Asking people to wait 5 years for results is psychopathic!

I will say most people will have major health improvements eating mostly lean meat, beans and whole grains vs processed garbage and there is some merit to prioritizing digestion and liver function. At least it doesn't push some weird diet.
