Would Progest E help with my mom's back pain? Calcium + vit K2 I imagine would also help.
Any suggestions appreciated.

Vitamin E and progest e
Realistically can you get enough vitamin E just from supplementing Progest-E? Or is the amount of E in that very trivial?

RE: Dandruffcel
@onliest Do you think using Tyromix in the mean time is a good idea or just wait for the T3 only?

RE: Dandruffcel
@onliest THANK YOU! I suspect this is exactly my issue. I ordered Cynomel from mexico a couple days ago but haven't got confirmation it shipped yet. Hopefully it's on the way, I followed all the instructions.
I have a bottle of TyroMix that I've used on and off but failed to stay consistent with it (apparently not a good thing to do with T3/T4 mixtures) because I thought it was giving me issues. Need some good T3 asap, thought about ordering Tyronene but I figured just wait for the cynomel. Thanks again, I need my thick hair back, my hair's almost as thin as my dad's now it's bad lol (I'm 27) -
Dandruffcel
I've been struggling with dandruff for years and it's gotten extremely bad now, plus my hair is falling out very quickly... Anyone go through this and totally cure it? I imagine it's gut related as I have white tongue

RE: The Randall effect - my understanding
@ccousz Damn ok. I'll keep this in mind. I've heard big protein before bed is no good as well. Must be an ideal approach to this

The Randall effect - my understanding
I think concentrating most fat intake into one meal is helping my digestion -
lots of sugar (skim milk coffee, OJ) in the morning,
heavy protein/sat fat for lunch,
then back to sugars in the evening. Ideally more saturated fat before bed as well.My understanding of the Randall effect is if there are too much free fatty acids in the blood it's hard for the body to absorb the sugar you ingest, so timing one meal of mostly fat and protein gives the body enough time to process the fats before going back to sugar mode... Am I way off on this? Thoughts?

RE: Idealabs nail tests
@tea Yes, did it help solve your issue? I'm having hair/scalp trouble, trying to narrow it down
