Könnt ihr ein gutes Shampoo empfehlen? Benutze zwar Bloo, muss aber wegen meinen langen Haaren 1x in der Woche auf ein konventionelles Produkt springen, da sie sonst eine komische Textur bekommen (bin an sich auch kein Fan davon Baking Soda auf die Haut aufzutragen).
Tipps für solide Dusch/Wasserfilter wären auch super!

- 10g niacinamide ph. eur.
- 1g zinc PCA
- ca. 85ml clean, filtered, distilled water as base
(you could also use rosewater but that might reduce its shelf-life idk; make sure to heat it up 80°C) - add ingredients once its cooled down, whisk & store in 30ml bottles

- Raw Honey Cleanse (leave on for 15min - I do my coco oil pulling simultanously)
(in general; your skin ph-level is around 5-6 so dont use soda, or anything soapy) - (optional)
a) Skin Peeling 1x a week with coffee grind (finely grinded! please dont bruise your skin; am looking for an alternative rn for that reason)
b) Jojoba Face Massage (am planning to add some Vit E to that next)
c) Green tea/Chamomile/Calendula/Rosewater soaked cotton pads on sensitive areas - Salicylic Acid Serum

- organic, grass-fed Beef Tallow Moisturizer (+ Coco Oil, Jojoba, Lanolin/Beeswax; some essential oils maybe)
- Lip Balm (Shea/Cacao butter + Coco oil + some Honey + some Beeswax + some dark chocolate + essentials to your likings)
& Gelatine and Coq-10 Supplementation to aid anti-age effects from within
& Occasionally Vit C + Mg during the day (dont apply shortly after B3 or Salicylic Acid!)For my Body I usually apply a cream after showering (Shea/Cacao+Coco+Jojoba; sometimes fresh Aloe) + the occasional Vit C, E & Mg spray;
Shea butter + Essentials + a bit of baking soda is quite a efficient deodorantEverything is DIY & my cheeks feel like a soft peach :3

I am having Exams next week and would like to orchestrate every single brain cell to an absolute über performance (test items will be mainly multiple choice & open/essay questions)
Now what would be a good choice of nutrients & meals
a) before the test
b) during the test
c) general nutrients one could take now whilst studying; with high memory recall as an objectiveBefore the test I was thinking of doing...
- OJ + MB + B1 & B3
- Coffe & extra Calcium
- Liver
- maybe Aspirin, D3, K2
... and just some gingko or green tea + honey + gum to minder stress & prevent loss of focus mid-test
Any other suggestions?
