That is tough when trying to find digestible stuff to make your diet. Coconut oil is very thermogenic. Gooning too.

For the T3 dose, I saw a GE episode where Ray mentioned <10mcg per dose to be Okay. Should I start with 3?
How long, at a time should I use it? 20 minutes?
You should try inter-oral exercises, mewing (only if appropriate palate size), chewing, proper swallowing. @mewing.world on a Instagram has good resources.
@Cornelyan No bloodwork. I have 25mcg tabs that I break into 4 pieces and take one at a time with meals. Just wanted to try T3.
@Cornelyan No specific reason for zinc. Its just in my K2 supplement capsule lol.

I have had success with coffee. Also, taking gelatin dissolved in warm water with added salt always makes me shit. Carrot salad only works for me if eaten regularly. White button mushrooms calms my gut.
