One more thing, and maybe because the answers are based on the quality and nature of input fed to it, I find that it is very supplementation-centric through no fault of its own, as Ray has not been in practice (thru his writing) very much an advocate of eating a whole foods-based diet that can supply all the nutrients a body needs- explicitly. However, implicitly, when he writes about the body being able to find a balance as with in running in a virtuous cycle, not only to find homeostasis as an end result, he goes much further into the constant state of improving the organism into a higher level of existence, with enhanced meaning and purpose and ability.
This is what I would extract from reading him. I don't know how much more cycles you need to ask AI to reach that point. Maybe it will. Maybe not now. But even as it gets to be refined, there will always be something that it has missed, to grasp the true essence of the sum total of Ray Peat's philosophy, if you will allow that word to encapsulate what bears his essence.
But not being perfect is not reason to reject it. For it try hard enough to be truthful? Does it aim to consciously deceive? Does it bring us closer to the truth? Does it help us solve our problem by finding the root cause without roundabout use of techniques to mislead. Such as the use of terms that unnecessarily add layers of complexity where none is needed?
One thing that AI may not do (unless so programmed) is to blatantly lie. We must not overlook this. As much as we believe and trust in ourselves to be truthful, we know the world as it exists blatantly lies in our face.
I think that for all its deficiencies, having AI on our side, one thst we can trust, to do its best, and not lie to us, is like an amulet to protect us and to partner with us, so we can not just rely on it, but ourselves as well, to gain control of our health.

AI today is not reliable at all and has no problem lying just to provide you with an answer. Even if you try to define very clear system instructions for him, he can ignore them without a problem.
To use any AI that exists today effectively for research, you have to approach it through topics we already know and start discussions about things we already understand and that way you can quickly identify its mistakes, understand its limitations, correct it, direct it and obtain a very large benefit from it. But he must never be trusted.
I found after working for maybe a year straight with AI, to solve real problems that I have every day and continuing research, that despite all these limitations, when you understand them and know how to use it, it allows me to be much better in any field that requires knowledge and to solve problems at record speed. But it's not magic, it's skill working with AI.
Just like one can ask Google about symptoms and get results about cancer and be alarmed, and another who understands a little more about Google search and health, will search Google in a specific way that will lead to the desired results and he will also compare them to additional information.
I'll put this on the table to be clear: AI is not coming to replace Ray Peat or anyone else (for me at least), it's just a research tool, for people who know how to use it or who want to learn how to use it.
