@plombir progesterone would probably be a good idea for the lifestyle I live (male model artist health researcher), I'm fine with becoming a bit feminized.

@Sugar some supplements I've had issues with are too much magnesium glycinate, glycine, nicotinic acid, and ashwagandha.

Peaty anti-aging, annihilation of twink death
I've recently been very interested in an optimized, peaty form of anti aging. I believe the supplements that people are using in the anti aging community are helpful, especially NMN and NR, compounds that are very similar to niacinamide, but the general lifestyle of these anti agers is not optimized. They avoid sugar, red meat, put way too much emphasis on plant foods and green powders. They are getting good results if you look at the Rejuvanation Olympics but I can't stop thinking that they'd achieve much better results not being afraid of animal foods and sugar.
My current optimized anti aging protocol has been reduced down to red light therapy, small doses of niacinamide throughout the day, topical magnesium, vitamin k2, vitamin d3, occasional methylene blue, occasional boron supplementation, l-theanine, quercetin and bromelain, and taurine. I also had good results including in powdered grass fed beef kidney in reducing my symptoms of histamine intolerance.
Topically I use magnesium oil on my face and body, niacinamide, caffeine, sometimes use a matrixyl 3000 peptide serum, d3 and k2 in mct oil applied to face for scar healing, and methylene blue diluted in spring water. Would like to make my own serum including a clean form of vitamin c, coq10, and niacinamide in the future.

RE: Redbull and Haribo citric acid
I've seen that the water they use is pretty clean, and of course has some incredible ingredients like taurine, caffeine, glucose, niacinamide, baking soda, etc. But there is definitely a market need for a clean glass bottled peaty energy drink without artificial colors, artificial sweeteners, or citric acid.

RE: What is the optimal age of a woman's attractiveness from a peaty perspective?
@sixers From an Aajonus primal perspective, the longer a woman follows a normie diet, the more environmental toxins and PUFA she accumulates, affecting the health of her potential offspring. The typical American woman who have children at a later age spent years upon years coating her face in toxic makeup, drinking copious amounts of alcohol, eating out at seed oil laden pesticide ridden restaurants, as well as taking a cocktail of pharmaceuticals. The longer she does this, the more toxins are passed down to the offspring and compromises its health.

RE: Is the modern rise in religion a cope for learned helplessness?
@The-New-Sun Exactly. Christians are also very self centered in thinking they are the only ones being subverted. They want to disenfranchise the entire world, especially the West, and again it is written in their text to do nothing and obey your masters. It is also universalist garbage that tells you to make this religion your entire life and put it above everything. To rely on Jesus, the messiah to spread the Torah to the gentiles, over your own reasoning. Definitely worth checking out Adam Green's videos on this topic on Odysee and Bitchute.

@API-Beast Looks pretty high progesterone to me.

RE: What is the optimal age of a woman's attractiveness from a peaty perspective?
@sixers I don't think this is conclusive evidence that older moms would have more intelligent offspring. Intelligent people usually wait longer to have children but this is because of the two income household and both men and women going to college, working their job, and attempting to pay off their debt and obtain financial security, while less successful perhaps lower intelligence young women will just have children because that's what they want and aren't in their head about finances and education. Intelligent women have been fed all sorts of reasons why they shouldn't have offspring at a young age, even if deep down they want children like fertile women naturally do. My mom had me at a young age and I consider myself to be very attractive, intelligent, and creative even though she wasn't the most financially stable.
If the older women do have high progesterone high IQ babies like Peat talks about, it's because they are supplementing it and compensating for their declining levels. Just look at a progesterone by age chart. They are essentially doing TRT for women. -
RE: What is the optimal age of a woman's attractiveness from a peaty perspective?
@sixers Wouldn't these older moms be on supplemental progesterone because their natural levels are declining?

RE: Peaty response to Somali Milk Anemia
@gugenmungus Is that why they have an average IQ of about 70?

RE: Race and IQ
@Dulkadir Aren't there African tribes who don't consume any seed oils, have zero EMF, and eat meat, milk, and honey? These should surely be 110+ IQ individuals from their high levels peating.

What is the optimal age of a woman's attractiveness from a peaty perspective?
I see a large amount of shaming towards men who date women younger than them specifically from the longhouse system. This shaming is done in a similar manner to the societal shaming of people for not taking the vaccine as in the shaming is excessive and unnecessarily harsh. This excessive amount of shaming tells me that these men are doing something that is naturally right in the face of being longhoused and am curious how our ancestors determined the healthiest, metabolically sound, high progesterone women to go for?

RE: Is the modern rise in religion a cope for learned helplessness?
@API-Beast Yes this is true. But Christianity is subversive and cringe. A belief system only Charlie could engulf himself in while he makes retarded decisions like banning the greatest researcher of all time Haidut.

RE: Is the modern rise in religion a cope for learned helplessness?
@tasty-snack You have to be unbelievably intelligent to see what's going on. What you see in the media is not an attack on "Jesus" but an attack on the entire population of a country to weaken themselves physically, mentally, and spiritually. Christianity is just being used to cope with Hollywood propaganda, poisoned food supply, everyone and their mother on pharmaceuticals, high obesity rates, and a senile embarrassment of a president. Christianity tells you to obey your enslaver, do nothing, don't make a lot of money because money is the root of all evil and the rich won't make it into heaven, and that the world is supposed to be evil(so do nothing about it). It's slave morality plain and simple.

RE: Race and IQ
@Hitler Yep it's pure cope to believe that Africans could jump 50-70 IQ points and get on the same intelligence level as mildly intelligent whites and asians. The end result is always feeling sorry for people in such a state living amongst the more sophisticated.
-
RE: Race and IQ
@fd I agree there's some nuance and that you can become more intelligent in a good metabolic state with the right tools, but I cannot see Africans (60 IQ) jumping 45 IQ points and achieving the same IQ average as Asians (105 IQ) just by fixing their metabolism.

Is the modern rise in religion a cope for learned helplessness?
I feel that the modern trad cath rise in religion in the right wing is a cope for learned helplessness. Of course for the young men, it's the desire for higher quality women since many post college age women are completely unbearable in attitude and ego, but also there's the desire for an active God to control situations that are out of their control. A reliance that is perhaps a bit too much that can certainly stem from learned helplessness.
I had one friend who dove far into end times conspiracies and the WEF and he was of the belief that all farms would go in the future, all money, and we're close (within the span of a year) to the second coming end times prophecy. He wrote off my health advice as worldly. Didn't think life was meant to be enjoyable or fun. This same friend killed himself and it made me question what I believed and how I needed to do more action for my own life rather than trust in what I see now as a deceptive religion.
Think about it rationally, with no political control and voting to most people doesn't matter, a drugged up poisoned population, of course people need copes when they aren't able to lead an adventurous and dominant life. This severe coping always comes at a time where someone is doing very little in their own life to improve their situation.
I think many are delusional on how bad our world is and how bad things have to be FOR THEIR OWN LIFE purely because of bad gut health causing an anxious and depressed state. Many religions prey on people in this fearful worried state and that is exactly the state that people are ending up in from bad diet.

RE: Redbull and Haribo citric acid
@PUFADestroyerPPO yeah if you look into it, it's very very hard to find just gelatin, sugar, and juice gummy bears. Even the organic brands have sunflower oil in them, though I was a fan of these previous to Peat and my health journey. We need better gummy bears.
