Brother forget everything you know about Christianity from social media and read St John of the Cross or Dostoevsky or something

RE: Breast milk
@osamabinladen I don’t know if Peat ever talked about it but surely the human exosomes provide something you wouldn’t get from any other milk

RE: Open discussion on walking
From Balzac’s Theory of Walking:
“Gait is the physiognomy of the body.
Gaze, voice, respiration, and walk are identical reflections of one's thoughts. Since a man cannot control all of these different and simultaneous signs at once, seek out the one telling the truth, and it will reveal his full self.
Rest is the silence of the body.”

RE: Am I Hypermetabolic?
@skylark About 175cm/5’9. That’s a good point though, I do feel great so I shouldn’t assume I’m unhealthy. Just spending a fortune on groceries.

Personally I’ve noticed that adding salt tremendously helps

Am I Hypermetabolic?
I eat roughly 3000 calories a day (currently 3 quarts or so of milk + meals), but I only weigh around 60kg, finding it extremely difficult to get it up any more than that. In my early twenties and always considered myself just extremely healthy (always ate a lot of sugar, even before discovering bioenergetics, because I could “afford” it). I also do zero cardio, mainly pull-ups and push-ups a few times a week.
Caffeine, alcohol, and nicotine all hardly effect me, despite my low body weight, which sometimes looks impressive but also gets expensive.
Recently, it’s become quite frustrating and I’m wondering if it could actually be a hormonal or absorption issue. In an early episode of GE Danny talks about a really skinny, fit friend who ended up having fatty liver and how some skinny people can actually be hypo- instead of hyper-thyroid and it can be even more dangerous.
Any thoughts? Every peater I know tends to be trying to lose weight if anything, so I’m not finding much advice. Should I try T3 or something? Androsterone?

10-methoxyharmalan
I’ve hardly seen any posts across platforms on this molecule, much less any substantial research, so I thought I’d see what the community thinks and document my experience.
I purchased a few weeks ago, been taking 500μg more or less daily. Effects I’ve noticed so far:
Like haidut said in his original forum post, anti-serotonin effects felt almost immediately. Feels dopaminergic and maybe slightly androgenic. A rapid result was the muting of all serotonergic mental chatter, specifically music chronically stuck in my head until 10MH.
Results that developed from continued use include:
- Nuked social awkwardness
- Nuked misanthropy/irritability
- Appetite increase
- Blinking/breathing/etc. semi-involuntary functions feel completely under my control, sometimes go long period forgetting to blink or having to consciously breath while lifting heavy objects (I could imagine this is dangerous at higher doses).
- Lower latent inhibition. Every tree looks like a beautiful strange work of art, every time I step outside it’s like I’m seeing the sun for the first time. Feels like I’ve reclaimed childhood wonder and openness.
As a melatonin metabolite I’m thinking it plays a role in the dream state.
One time I took 2mg and it made me a bit disoriented and nauseous.
Has anyone else experimented with 10-methoxyharmalan?
