          Ergot derivatives > tricyclic/tetracyclic compounds.

@peatolish Not sure on a bromo source. Lisuride is a similar chemical and available on idealabs. If I were you I would be very wary of taking metformin. I'd try aspirin + niacinamide first.

i think haidut had an post which he says bromo is anti-fibrotic and anti-serotonin at lower doses, he also said .8mg dose bromo gave all the benefits of a high doses, so no need to go anymore than .8mg. also bromo over 1mg gives me stuffy nose no matter what which ruins the experience. but taking 1/4 of a 2.5mg tablet which is .625mg does not cause the stuffy nose and i still feel its high dopamine effects. i think ray said to not run bromo for more than a few weeks but maybe he was taking about standard 2.5mg/day dosing.
you coukd probably cycle low dose ~.5mg bromo 3 weeks on 1 week off. maybe taking super small dose ~.25mg cypro would help in addition.

Could be effects of lowering prolactin and raising dopamine.

@Chud the problem with the stuffy nose is SO real. Do you know the explanation for this? I had the nose blocking effects from 1.25mg, half a tablet.

approximate low dose LSD seemed to have the same results

Bromocriptine gets the job done, but like cabergoline, I've always been concerned about the agonist activity at 5-ht2b. Which can have potentially adverse effects on the cardiovascular system. The one saving grace to this is generally people won't be on either of the meds for long-term. So in hindsight the issues are mostly null and void. But that's why I like lisuride so much, since it doesn't have the same agonist activity at that receptor. Making it more suitable for long-term usage for people who may be trying to shrink a pituitary tumor. Unfortunately it seems next to impossible to acquire outside of Haidut's idealabs. Hope he never quits selling it. I wished someone else had a line or source on some lisuride. I hate only having one source to get something, you never know when they might discontinue the product.
