Bioenergetic video games?

@alpine-raspberry It's very sad. I don't play videogames anymore, but the last time I booted up my PC I saw the Counter-Strike 2 update. I refuse to download.
Days gone by I suppose, had to be there. Counter Strike native and Counter Strike Source still have a couple servers up, but it's nothing like it used to be. CS:GO is dead.

CS, and other high stress games are Anti-Peat. You might enjoy these games, but they are stressors. Slow paced games that focues on strategy and creativity are Peaterian. Games like Heroes of Might and Magic, classical chess, and Minecraft are clearly far more peaterian than something rigid and stressfull like CS and Dota.

@Hitler thank you Hitler, very cool
too young to have been around for Quake's heyday, so CS is next best thing
hoping Valve will get their shit together and CS2 becomes a better experience over the next few months, 1.6 and Source still have servers, but GO is all but dead due to how they rolled out 2.
Not wrong, but CS ruined other video games for me on some level. I love the competition. No feeling compares to flattening 4 guys on a pistol round or winning a 1v3 retake.

Old School RuneScape

Nier Automata

as I am an adult I don't play games by myself anymore, but I do have godchildren and I have to say playing with them is a lot of fun, can recommend playing with young kids, doesn't matter what game tbh

Abzu is a nice relaxing one

@alpine-raspberry Quake, Wolfenstein: ET, OG Enemy Territory and 1.6 were peak mp gaming.

3+0 chess on coffee. 30 mins chess with a cigarette. Factorio on crack.

Video games are a gateway drug to fapping. It's very difficult to do one without succumbing to the other.

@NoFapPeating This. Spend as little time on the internet as possible, don't play videogames, dont watch porn, etc. Improves quality of life more than any diet could.

Gothic 1, Gothic 2, Heroes Of Might and Magic 3, Tekken 7/8.

The talos principle 1 and 2. Perfectly infuses intellectually stimulating content while maintaining a good amount of exploration, natural beauty and puzzle solving for a peak experience. 2 is more open-world and immersive, but the first tends to take the cake in regards to philosophical, mentally challenging elements.

Skyrim. Snowy morning, hot coffee and the skyrim soundtrack. You just can’t beat it.

Age of Empires 3

@Sugar True. I like Melee and chess. Also WoW to some degree.

As people are saying. Peaty games would be where you don't induce extreme stress like competitive multiplayer games (Fortnite, cs, dota, etc).
Here's a chart
