      I’ve been dealing with this nuisance for many years, don’t recall when it started but as far as I remember it’s always been there.

      I call it a mild cold. Feels like you’re kind of sick but you have no runny nose/sore throat/typical sick symptoms. In a way as if your immune system is too strong and fighting a potential cold. Happens year round not just colder seasons.

      It happens here and there randomly, can’t pinpoint what triggers it aside from sweat/wet and cold wind exposure, but not sure it’s always that.

      I’m healthy and masculine, living a healthy lifestyle, and never had or have any health problems. This is the only thing I struggle with and I have no clue what it is.

      I’ve tried just about everything; antibacterial protocols, immune increasing protocols, supplements herbs, drugs, PEDs, thyroid, nootropics.

      Might just be natural, as you’re not always going to feel your ideal highest energy, and it’s not too bothersome but a nuisance nonetheless that I’d rather not deal with and I’m just plain curious what it might be.

      The symptoms of it are;
      Knots/achiness
      Puffier face
      Softer boners
      Less energy
      Headaches/nausea
      Frequent and urgent urination/weak bladder
      Weaker voice

          @LucH I’ve tried T3 many times different doses, low to high, frequency, etc. Haven’t noticed anything from it really. I digest well, solid shits every morning. Never tested liver but have no symptoms of liver issues.

            @healthyfungus have you had prolactin or any estrogens recently tested?

              @risingfire I’ve dealt with low estrogen in the past as I’ve used aromasin and dht extensively. I believe my prolactin is on the lower end as I have sex without ejaculation.

                @healthyfungus what estrogen test? You can have low blood estrogen and high tissue estrogen

                  @risingfire Never done bloods, I’m saying I had all the symptoms of low E, from inability to feel pleasure to low sexual desire, while looking great and very lean and dry. I’ve spent many years lowering estrogen/prolactin so that’s the least of my concern.

                    @healthyfungus How do you know these symptoms are from low E and not progesterone or other hormones?

                      @Sugarnotsnow used drugs and steroids that lower aromatase. Whether they lower progesterone or not is unknown, but my T and DHT were increased.

                          @Sugarnotsnow Can’t remember, I just started realizing it over the past few years, and can’t trace back to when it started.

                            Do you think taking the T could have also crashed your natural production and caused these symptoms? I would think estrogen could bounce back after stopping supplementation

                              @Sugarnotsnow definitely not. Never took T. All I took was low dose DHT and aromasin. Neither of those are suppressive and never had any suppression, quite the opppsite.

                                I should mention, most of the time my body feels good, face is lean and dry, boners are hard, I’m high energy, I do still pee often but also drink a good amount, and voice is usually strong and projected. Just here and there I get this mild cold symptoms.

                                  @healthyfungus my thoughts initially were I just keep getting sick, but then I thought how can I keep getting sick, my immune system seems good and have no symptoms of lowered immune. Might just be that I’m prone to knots, as I sweat a lot and am pretty physical so whenever I sweat a cold wind there gives me knots/inflammation/slight headache and that disrupts blood flow/energy direction as it’s directed to fixing the knot hence the symptoms. I’m not settled on that tho, open to other possibilities.

                                    @healthyfungus infection? staff or strep?

                                    Unfortunately I've tried loads of antibiotics and protocols, too, but if the infection goes to the lymph or bone it can be harder to get out -- it flares up during allergy season or junk food binge for me. I'm finally getting rid of it using a machine that can be hard to get/costs a lot of money.

                                    Otherwise, the only solution I've heard that I think works is, essential oil sublingually, which is scary for the burns so I haven't tried it yet -- so far I think this machine is working.

                                    Find a naturopath and ask them to refer you toward an electronic frequency practitioner.

                                      @LetTheRedeemed what are your symptoms, and how do you think you got the infection? Any side effects from the machine? I’ve considered it might be an infection but doesn’t really fit the case.

                                          @healthyfungus don't think that's the case. And based on the symptoms you mentioned earlier I doubt you have high DHT and T
