@ilnyarienàfaire On dreams, I think Kilgore is right. I typically have a lot of dreams and feel unrested from them. I almost always oversleep because I am so fatigued from my dreams that I feel too groggy to get up and just go back into the dreams, if that makes sense?

I've noticed that when I do sleep and don't have dreams (or at least don't conciously process I've had them) I feel A LOT more rested when I wake up and waking is a lot easier. I wish I could give advice as to how to dream less but this is my current biggest problem for myself also.

@NateHiggers Hey there, sorry for the overly emotional response I posted there, I got quite mad due to the difusion of information everywhere that was driving me nuts. I would think of libido as being horny in general, and having lasting erections. My morning wood has been pretty weak recently and that has driven me to search about this. And generally my sexual appetite doesn't not seem to be "popping up" once in a while as it did many times before.

@PeaterDinklage Thank you for the reply. Appreciate it. Bowel movements are now very consistent. Recently started taking garlic clove before bed for overgrowth. I suspect it may be overgrowth because of frothy urine as well as general brain fog. Took a multi B with 450mg Thiamine as well. Hoping for this to help.

If 1.90 TSH is bad, not saying it isn't, what can I do to lower it naturally. I am too young to take pregnenolone, progesterone or T3/T4. Have been eating liver, which I was not doing in November, this may mean that my TSH is now lower, I'm not sure.

Vitamins and minerals in 4 TBSP of Maple syrup according to Cronometer (highly recommend this app). I realized recently I should eat maple syrup instead of any high fructose Aunt Jemima/Mrs. Butterworths brand, to get the vitamin/mineral benefits. Kinda crazy how much there is in such a small amount. Going to test it as a healthier pre-workout. Sometimes you need that extra energy boost before hitting the gym.
