Not sure if I will get any more tips in this thread but I wanted to add some information for anyone still reading. I measured some other metrics like HRV which was very high at 100+ most days, reaching over 130, indicating parasympathetic activity (good). I also measured deep sleep and I am getting over 2 hours each night, and over 2 hours REM also. I do not think dreaming indicates anything bad, otherwise my deep sleep would not be so high.

I also thought about the whole stress driven metabolism thing which seems unlikely considering these things and other bloods and I can almost guarantee that I am not too lean.

If anyone still has any advice I would appreciate it. I have experimented with the things in this thread and more but has not changed my situation one bit. My state now is even worse than when I wrote the post.

fasting is not peaty, but I dont think its such a terrible idea to do a 3 day fast once or twice per year

Peating has worked wonders for me in every advertised way. I have more energy and muscles, and less stress and fat. My very being was in a state of depressed solipsism, while I now enjoy the experience of life with an open and curios zest(Pun intended).
