                I’ve been eating them daily too. I’ve upped my cals and dropped weight as well. I feel so much better when I eat enough

                  @BroJonas yes exactly the same for me. it's such an important thing to be able to rely on one full clean, warm meal to start the day that isn't just eggs or takes loads of time.

                      @CO3 what do you cook them in? i have a non-stick pancake pan but have been cutting non-stick out and can't find any good alternatives for making these. i love them

                        @jhp stainless steel all the way. alll day. will make you a better cook too.

                        also grill for this one. bake one side, flip, add toppings, lid, grill oven
