        I found myself on the Low T forum yesterday and read some interesting posts. Charles said he went grey bc of too much milk and cheese. On top of that, the aforementioned excess milk and cheese caused his blood pressure to rise. I cannot take this guy seriously on any level.

          @ThinPicking Garret is angry and seems like he hates life. Georgi is full of joy. I can only surmise who has a better quality of life and a better metabolism.

            Probably a result of testosterone toxicity (charlie/Garret got it high). Ray warned against it. No wonder RP forum went downhill.

              Agreed.

              People who think otherwise are just out of context and/or trying to take a pop. Appearance wise he might have a mildly expanded ECF but I'm sure I'd run that too if I had kids and side business.

                    Does Charlie have Parkinsons?

                    Here is a quote from him on the Caffeine is Poison thread:

                    It did not reduce the risk of "Parkinson's" for me.

                      See high level of thiamine (B1) but by following Overton's protocol.
                      Dysautonomia is the medical term.
                      => Pharmacological dosage for thiamine (target high dosage with staples)
                      => See Dr Costantini & DR. Allil OVERTON for a detailed protocol.
                      => Contraindications.

                      Dans un rapport de cas portant sur deux patients, la dystonie s'est inversée avec l'administration de thiamine. J’ai également vu cela se produire chez plusieurs enfants atteints d’autisme et/ou d’anomalies neuro-développementales. Un autre rapport de cas détaille l’injection de fortes doses de thiamine chez des patients atteints de la maladie de Parkinson, qui présentaient tous des taux plasmatiques de thiamine « normaux » (ce qui signifie qu’ils n’avaient pas été classiquement diagnostiqués comme ayant un déficit). Les patients ont constaté une amélioration de la coordination motrice entre 30 et 77 %. Les recherches ci-dessus nous ont montré que les métabolites neurotoxiques qui seraient à l’origine de la maladie de Parkinson ont également la forte capacité d’inhiber les enzymes dépendantes de la thiamine. Il n’est donc pas étonnant que la thiamine puisse avoir un impact aussi considérable sur cette maladie.
                      Lui et ses collègues ont réalisé une étude plus vaste sur 50 patients deux ans plus tard et ont découvert qu'une injection de 100 mg de thiamine deux fois par semaine produisait une amélioration massive des symptômes moteurs et non moteurs, certains patients connaissant une rémission clinique complète.

                                This may be an amusingly classic thing to ponder for les Français and I'll leave you to it.

                                But can I suggest you start paraphrasing the output of your tooling a bit more. With a side of poetry. It might actually arrive with the recipient that way.

                                  Unless there's some sophistry involved it would be a strange thing for a person to say that didn't have any personal concerns.

                                            @risingfire He doesn't but I believe he was having parkinsons like symptoms before doing the low Vit A diet, and the low vit A diet fixed that all for him and got him to the best health he's ever had
