How Does the iPhone's EMF Emission Affect Our Bioenergetic Health?
-
Hi everyone,
I've been reading a lot about the potential health effects of electromagnetic fields (EMF) emitted by our everyday electronic devices, especially smartphones. Given that we use our iPhones so much, I'm curious about how their EMF emissions might impact our bioenergetic health.
Has anyone here looked into this or have personal experiences they'd like to share? Are there any specific precautions you take to minimize exposure? I've heard about using EMF-blocking cases or limiting screen time, but I'm not sure how effective these methods are.
Looking forward to hearing your thoughts and any research you might have come across!

Other brands and practically inescapable emissions are available avasinclair.
Fundamentally, nobody knows. But there's plenty of research suggesting you take reasonable precautions to minimise your exposure. And that it's not so much the field that could be problematic but the standardised variance in frequency and amplitude forming a carrier signal. And more recently, the adjoining of carriers to multiply that issue. If you don't 'need' a 'new' 'generation', don't buy one.
Logically, your question's probably better asked in reverse. How would your 'bioenergetic health' impact 'EMF emissions'. If your metabolic rate is high and you feel yourself in good health, you probably shouldn't worry. And for the likely effect of voluntary psychoemotional states on our own electrical signature, it is probably imperative that you do not worry. Should someone say something to you that gives you cause for alarm, verify of your own accord.

@avasinclair I put my phone on airplane mode every evening until morning. I also keep Bluetooth turned off and have either wifi or data on, not both. I basically keep my phone with me all day, so I’m going to get one of those EmF blocking pouches. Nothing exciting, all pretty basic stuff.
