@chuddy Thank you, I will probably try this, but before Thyroid medication I was wanting to try NDT/desiccated thyroid, I couldn't find a trustworthy source though

If anyone is interested, i can make them my DHT gel/solution that i have posted about before.
It is 50ml, 50mg/ml, using pure undenatured ethanol as a solvent, plus isopropyl myristate and a-tocopherol as penetration enhancers and to improve absorption. Basically idealabs-like absorption and feel on the skin.
It will be 65€ + 15€ shipping. PM me for more info

                trying this vitamin E: https://www.farmaciasdirect.eu/products/nutralie-vitamin-e-complex-with-tocotrienols-and-tocopherols-60-capsules

has mixed tocopherols, tocotrienols and regular Alpha-D_tocopherol. only concern is that it is mostly the latter. nothing alarming in the additives. just glycerine.

                tocovit is too expensive.

                    @yeyo12 this looks excellent

                    activated b1

                    https://www.amazon.co.uk/Vitamin-Supplement-Thiamine-Pyrophosphate-Additive/dp/B09TTWB422#customerReviews

not an analogue or version of b1, the actual activated b1

@wester130 To be used sublingually then? I remember reading this form getting converted to thiamine HCl in the stomach.
Also UK is not EU source

@CO3 Sorry i should have linked the post i was referring to. farmaciasdirect is the website i mean, cypro is what im interested, but the problem is that the french pharmacy linked earlier in this thread no longer ship it without prescription.

So my question is: is farmaciasdirect legit?
And if yes how is the shipping?

I wanna buy Progest-E again. I'm in Spain though and nothing gets through customs.

Does anyone have any experience shipping US to Spain with DHL Express (by far seemingly the safest option)? If it's Progest-E even better. I've had it shipped to other EU countries with DHL Express with no issue.

@kukukaka Oh I only ordered this one product. I thought the website is more like a typical supplement website and not an online pharmacy. I do not know if it'd get through shipping. I get cypro from https://www.soin-et-nature.com/fr/18415-periactine-4mg-30-comprimes.html

@CO3 Is Progest-E = progesterone? Maybe with some added Vitamin E?

If so, you’re kind of lucky living in Spain where Progesterone is available over the counter. Not like in the UK where I live currently.

My local GP refused to prescribe me Progesterone because I didn’t know the code words listed in the DHS Great Book of Drugs. Progesterone is only available for women “of a certain age” with hot flash symptoms and then only in combination with estrogen.

I went on holyday to Spain shortly after and bought a pack of Progesterone pills in the local pharmacy.

They didn’t have vitamin E, but back in the UK I found a hopefully good brand online.

So, for a month now, every day just before bedtime, I’ve been mixing and applying to my gums a pasta of Progesterone, Vitamin E powder, and coconut oil.

@kukukaka Oh, apologies for not checking the link first. Alright, well depending on where you are there should be different options. Since shipping within EU is easy and doesn't usually get checked by customs, any legit website selling cypro with EU-wide shipping should work. It seems to have changed in France and now it's not OTC there anymore.

I stocked up before this date while in a different EU country than France, and now in Spain it's available over the counter. So possibly a Spanish website? Have you tried this? https://www.farmaciasdirect.eu/products/periactin-4-mg-30-tablets
