I make my own toothpaste from a mix of 2parts baking soda to 3parts coconut oil. Add peppermint oil tincture. I would recommend using an organic baking soda, as from experience the lab-made stuff is much more abrasive to the enamel which will do more harm than good.

I've seen a few of the raw-milk influencers pick up on this recently- none of them mention how important it is to not overdo the baking soda- they claim that because it's alkaline it's inherently less abrasive than commercial toothpaste. This is bullshit. It's all about finding a sensible quantity that dissolves plaque and residue without eating through your enamel. The coconut oil handles the bacteria.

I couldn't recommend this for people who have exisiting problems with enamel/cavities etc. but it does the trick for me. I've been using it for about three years or so and begrudgingly visited dentist just out of curiosity. always come back with a clean bill of health. It definately makes my teeth 'look' better than commercial toothpaste too. I brush my teeth before breakfast and it seems to decrease yellowing from coffee. All of this is anecdotal, but maybe give it a go.

@torporade Just found out there's a class action suit against RiseWell for being contaminated with PFAS. The claim is 188 ppb which is a lot. https://topclassactions.com/lawsuit-settlements/consumer-products/childrens-products/risewell-childrens-toothpaste-contains-pfas-class-action-claims/

I like a lot of things from this brand. Very clean and natural. The toothpaste powder is on sale now.

@linx sry for the late reply, thanks for the heads up! btw I ended up going with nobs by biome. im not swallowing it so im not too worried about some of the ingredients. using it since i had poor performance using natural alternatives.

@Ismail It was "Meswak" but as someone said it contains SLS and carrageenan.
I'm now using a toothpaste with hydroxiapatite called "Couto" mentionned on this thread [https://bioenergetic.forum/topic/1585/n-ha-toothpaste-in-europe/6](link url) It's great.
But the best I've tried really is the Frankie's naturals tooth powder (though the shipping outside the US is extremely expensive)
