RE: Finding T3 without prescription in Australia
@Shar_to_the_dae said in Finding T3 without prescription in Australia:
@torporade when you ordered and then emailed your order number, did you get a confirmation? I followed all the instructions but no confirmation so a little unsure if the goods are coming…
Sorry for the delay. Each order I placed ended up with me getting an email titled "Order Process". I'd then pay via bank deposit (with order # in the ref field) and reply to that email saying I've paid and then attach some kind of payment receipt from my mobile app to it. Responses would vary from nothing at all, to confirming something like "New status: Order Sent to Shipping". Very inconsistent at times but I always got my orders, that is until I ordered some stuff that I should have done more research on, heh. In any case, if their customer portal doesn't update the status after paying for some time, I'd email them again.

RE: vitamin k2 product
Been trying Jarrow Formulas K-Right for a couple months. I like the spectrum, so far so good.

RE: Toothpaste
@linx would rather avoid xanthan gum and erythritol, among other things.
@edouard never heard of that one, though the brands i checked had SLS and carrageenan, but maybe there is a brand out there that doesn't, will explore a bit more. the tooth powder looks interesting, but i wonder if it would be too abrasive?
thanks for sharing.

RE: Favorite Coffees? Favorite Coffee instruments?
I use the Hario Immersion Dripper Switch - portable and versatile for brewing (lots of methods online) when I don't want to make a full pot. It's also glass, set in a rubber cup rest.

Investing in a decent grinder is a good idea but if you don't care then maybe don't worry about it, but I think it's worth it. After much personal research, I went with this, which seems like a solid entry level burr grinder.

Happy brewing.

RE: Finding T3 without prescription in Australia
I second http://meds.com.mx/, successful deliveries of T3/T4 to an aussie address. Pretty sure it's Schedule 4 and can be imported in small amounts for personal use. I tried a small order, like 2 bottles and it arrived. Then made a larger order and that came too. Though be cautious as always.

RE: Water filter
I'm using an on tap filter, for convenience as a renter, seems better than nothing.
Eg. https://stefani.com.au/product/digipure-tap-filter-chrome/
I like that you can buy different sized micron filters that can be swapped out as needed.

Toothpaste
Hey all,
Wondering what you all use for toothpaste, either commercial or homemade? I used a benonite clay paste recently, but that didn't work for me, actually seemed to make things worse. Experimenting with brands that use hydroxyapatite as a fluoride alternative atm, but it's hard to find a brand that doesn't have other junk in it. I'm also using a homemade mouth wash, Xylitol/bakingsoda, about 50/50, but maybe less baking soda will be better, still playing with the ratio.
