What's a best meal (series of meals) to return into bionergeric state?

Title. Say someone brought his body into stressed state (prolonged overnight fast, or low carb / high fat lunch & dinner, or fasted exercise, etc) - what's the best meal (or series of meals) to start returning into bionergeric state?

@jet9 sit quietly not speaking or listening to someone yap. After your stress, just think about your mouth. Think about whatever muscles are soar. Just feel it. Think about walking through a grocery store, milk, coffee, apple, think about real foods cheese, etc… what makes your mouth start watering? A truly self guided process, is making your mouth fill up with saliva just thinking about a food. Coconut water? Pho, burrito? Steak? Salt? Yum! Dates!!!
Ok now I’m hungry.

@jet9 16oz warm/hot milk, with two tablespoons of honey, or four tablespoons of dextrose, (dextrose if the stress state is worse, honey if less so).

For those who tolerate starch, here are some meals I make my dad:
• A gelatinous cut of meat and oven roasted baby potatoes (roasted in refined coconut oil or tallow with herbs, spices and salt)
• Cheesy quiche and mashed roasted squash (I use delicata and kabocha)
• Seared scallops with honey butter and scalloped potatoes or baked potato skins topped with all natural bacon and cheese
• Grilled cheese (I use muenster and cream cheese) with caramelized onion jam on all natural bread (I use brioche) and tomato soup
• Party meatballs (all natural meatballs, grape jelly, ketchup and worcestershire sauce) on a bed of buttered jasmine rice
• New England style calm chowder with bacon
• Beef chili (I substitute the beans with hominy)For those who don’t tolerate much starch, here are some of my meals:
• Strained yogurt with apple & cinnamon fruit spread (St. Dalfour brand), honeydew melon, and decaf coffee with apple sweetener (Dolcedi brand) and coconut cream
• An omelette, spiced peach compôte with coconut cream, and coconut milk (coconut, a date, a pinch of salt and coconut water blended and strained in a nut milk bag)
• Seared scallops, freshly pressed watermelon juice with mint, and “nice” cream (extra ripe, frozen bananas whipped up in a Vitamix with coconut water)
• Air fried, teriyaki sprouted tofu, creamy zucchini soup, and homemade soda (Gerolsteiner sparkling water, fruit juice and apple sweetener) -
@jet9 I don’t think there’s a “best meal”. No one can predict how someone will react to certain foods.
I try to utilize a variety of foods that I digest well. I try to do 3 to 4 times carbs to protein in a given meal to stay on the carb train and not dip into the stress hormones too much.
