I used to follow Garrett years and years ago. In the time that crossfit was obscure. In the time of the Couch Thread. Ancient history.
One thing I remember is that he always gets angry and looks for confrontations. I guess that's still how he is. He's not a pleasant individual. -

I am basing it off the "peat diet=infertility psyop" video. Pale skin is bad and he does have bad skin. It means he doesn't get any sun, which is extremely unhealthy. Compare anyone with pale skin versus someone with even a light tan, the tanned person will look healthier every time. It looks healthy because it is healthy, it means optimal vitamin D levels.
He is objectively one of the least healthy people I've seen. His whole eye area alone tells me that. Again, dark circles, buldging eyes, like a frightened deer in headlights. His cortisol levels must be THROUGH THE ROOF. Dude perpetually looks like a prey animal.
Did I mention his head looks like Mandark if Mandark had androgenic alopecia? Yikes!
Maybe if he took some vitamin A he would chill out and start looking a little healthier.

Agree. Roddy and Dinkov, for example, aren't models or anything but they seem in "good humor" and aren't super young either. But yeah, that's the first thing that struck me - he looks stressed and pale, like he's sick and likely hypothyroid. It's not just him, but so many health influencers, doctors, etc have usually alien physiognomy and anatomy and dubious real lives/personal lives. All this... and we're just trying I think to establish facts and have constructive discourse and dialogue. It's a high price I guess - wading through the bullshit and their semblance of "normality" which just seems to be a perpetuation of the modern blindness to disease.

Does he have any interesting videos? Does he ever channel this seething energy into things like vegetarianism or carnivore?

Pale skin isnt Bad there is plenty of white women, men and childs with 0 tan and 0 direct Sun exposure that looks healthy and healthyer than people that tan. He doesnt have Bad skin. He has decent skin. It doesnt looks "healthy" and the vitamin D narrative is just a narrative, I have animals, they might enjoy morning sunlight, then arround 11am they go to Shade, wich according to dminder is the moment we start to get UV and VD where i live. from"the least" to "one of" is better, exageration isnt usefull

Nah, read above chronologically, if you are toxic,or negative, or have ill intentions, i act accordingly. We Can now block thinpicking and not have to see his redundant
relativism. you Said to some one "get your meds" with 0 arguments and with out even properly understanding his post, look at your self. -
@random calling out as incorrect confident prediction of mass death of 90% of peoples is correct activity, or better, totally ignoring such demoralization blackpilling. responding In mocking tone is also incorrect I admit yet follows same type of rationalization of insulting and telling someone to harm themselves for "attacking comments" because predicting, willing to reality mass death is toxic and negative and ill intention
some mockery of people who think Russia are based saviours of the world is also warranted because anyone saying Russia is after witnessing waste of human life, treating soldiers as expendable flesh, all aspects of badly waged war, is obvious evidence that such an actor is not saviour of anyone

to be fair, I had to speed through these points at 1.5x and lots of skipping. It was largely straw-man arguments originating from rumors, hearsay and distortions. I don't think he called out Peat or any specific "Peatarians" either, which adds to this strawman premise.
However, having listened to the bulk of the Ray radio shows and the Roddy/Dinkov podcast, and then seeing the whole RPF forum fubar situation, plus Peat x / twitter, it would be hard to call one thing a cult and not the other.
