@wester130 Where from?

I'm ready to go down the tight galea rabbit hole, but I'm not putting an electrical device on my head, and I'm not injecting botox.

I was reminded by one of those threads you link, of the idea that standing on one's head seems to be closely linked to massage and the tight galea theory. I am objective and open minded when it comes to any theory for hair loss, so I'm not a naysayer or against this theory, but I'm not certain it's a one-size-fits-all. I shared this on RPF, some years back, but my father who practiced yoga, did head stands for years, decades — 30+ years, and it did zero for his hair loss. As I've mentioned, I don't bring this up to be combative against this theory, but to offer a real-world, anecdotal experience to show that for some it may be more complicated.

Ok, I can see that, there's a clear difference between the two. I had just assumed they were both used by some to fight against tight galea. Maybe the head stands are just for blood flow.

@Samyo That makes sense. I do get that sensation when I do head stands or shoulder stands.
