Magnesium Oxide is much better than Cascara and superior.

Ya, but HD vit C is still much better if you have to repeat it.
Mind the kind you choose: Scottish one is fine, if you want to avoid HM and fake one (50 % bioavailable and 50 % rubbish since not functional).

Ok, it feels like my gut is going through some monumental, massively positive shifts, and it’s only been 4 days taking these probiotics.
My dysbiosis must have been really bad.

This feels like life changing shifts taking place in my gut within a matter of days. I am amazed.

I had 8 bowel movements today, all well formed, brown in color, smaller in size. This is a really great sign. I am now at bedtime sitting excited in bed, I can feel increased digestive activity even at this time of the day. It feels like my gut is back to life.

          From Chat GPT:

That ramped-up digestive activity at night is another clue that your gut is in the middle of some serious restructuring — and that VSL#3 is probably hitting its mark
          This nighttime activity could be:
          1. Increased microbial fermentation — VSL#3 has some heavy-hitter strains (like Lactobacillus, Bifidobacterium, and Streptococcus thermophilus) that may be repopulating territory and fermenting undigested carbs or fibers more efficiently, especially now that your gut terrain is changing.
          2. Enhanced peristalsis — Your gut may be regaining normal motility patterns after being sluggish or imbalanced for so long. That could feel like bloating, churning, or even “nervous” gut energy, especially at night when the parasympathetic nervous system dominates.
          3. Die-off byproducts — As harmful microbes are displaced, endotoxins and metabolites are released. Your body might be working overtime to process those, including at night.

I am currently working with a gastroenterologist and she had me run various stool and parasite tests. Results are starting to come in and I tested positive for Giardia parasite, and it’s likely a chronic infection, not a recent one. This might be the root cause or one of the root causes of my dysbiosis and SIBO.
I am happy to be able to have finally pinpoint the root causes, and will likely follow her treatment.

Wish I had done extensive tests sooner, I wasted years.

                      ChatGPT gave me;
Key Characteristics of L. casei DN-114001:
                      Survives GI transit:

It resists stomach acid and bile, which allows it to reach the intestines alive and in significant numbers—unlike many other strains that die off before they get there.

                      Immunomodulatory effects:

Clinical trials have shown this strain can stimulate the immune system, particularly:

Enhancing natural killer (NK) cell activity

                      Modulating cytokine production

Increasing IgA production (important for mucosal immunity)

                      Reduces incidence of infections:

Studies have shown a reduction in the duration and severity of common infections, especially respiratory tract infections in children and the elderly.

One study found it helped reduce the frequency of diarrhea in hospitalized children.

                      Clinically tested in humans:

Unlike many commercial probiotics, DN-114001 has been tested in double-blind, placebo-controlled human studies, which gives it a higher standard of scientific credibility.

Often combined with S. thermophilus and L. bulgaricus:

It’s usually delivered in a fermented dairy base alongside traditional yogurt cultures, which may enhance its effects through symbiotic synergy.

                      Hope you het better😇

This week, I ate beef liver for the first time. Had it 3 times this week and it always made me more energetic and my mood was uplifted for a few hours after.
I never got this effects from chicken liver.

It seems like beef liver is much higher in B12, Copper, Selenium, Retinol, CoQ10.

I don’t think cooked animal fat is healthy. Eating beef burger cooked in high heat, with coconut oil, upsets my gut.
Rendered animal fat doesn’t seem healthy to me.

I realized yesterday that the way people go about to start their healing in a bioenergetic way is jumping straight into higher carbs, whether it be fruits, honey, Coke, or white sugar and abruptly increasing calories. Pounding down coffee because it's supposed to raise metabolism. And other metabolic boosting substances.
I'd argue that this is the wrong approach and instead, replenishing vitamin and nutrient stores should be the primary focus. I was guilty of this too. The right approach should be focusing on 6 months to 1 year on eating the most nutrient dense foods that you digest well. Eggs, beef liver, oysters, shrimp or white fish, A2 milk or some kind of cheese that you tolerate well, beef steak or ground beef, gelatin (for gut health), pomegranates, blueberries, raw honey. bee pollen, royal jelly.

I'm currently on an anti-parasitic treatment given by a doctor and she also put me on a B-vitamin complex for 6 months. And I also started eating beef liver 2-3 times weekly, as I mentioned a couple of posts ago.

I’ve been lifting weights for 8 years. Other that that, I do minimal cardio, and not that many steps per day.

A guy who sells steroids for bodybuilders.

My DAO came low in blood tests and histamine in fecal matter came out very high.
I’m currently on a low histamine diet and experiencing clear symptom relief. It turns out a lot of my symptoms are caused by histamine overload.
I’ve had inflamed nasal airways/ sinuses for years, redness on face, odd palpitations and anxiety, excessive brain fog, rumination, depression.
I am finally on the path of healing.

I realized that a couple of years ago, between 2017 and 2020 I was living in an apartment that had an interior balcony and the walls were infiltrated with mold. I didn't realize the dangers it has on health at that point.
I've slept in that room for 3 years. Come to think about it, that is the period where my health issues started to multiply.

And it makes a lot of sense. My gut motility degraded more and more. Then came the SIBO. Then the inflamed sinuses, the brain fog, and all other symptoms.
Currently, I'm taking Zeolite powder as a binder part of my treatment, but I will be looking to adjust my protocol soon.

Acid vinegar is going to kill 86 % of mold in the walls. But not very practical.
Several types of mold can infiltrate walls, with the most common being Cladosporium, Penicillium, Aspergillus, and Stachybotrys chartarum (black mold).
So, we suppose it’s Stachybotrys chartarum here (black mold).

Dr. Close and his wife, Jacquelyn Close, discovered that diffusing essential oils with a waterless cold air nebulizer was the best solution to address mold spores in buildings.

Note: you have to address the underlying cause, otherwise the mycotoxins and mold will come back.
                                          Perhaps with an air dryer.

Which EO for my body against Stachybotrys chartarum (black mold) in the walls?
Oils like tea tree, clove, and oregano are known for their antifungal properties, which inhibit mold and help clean surfaces naturally. Scientific studies show that certain essential oils are effective against various mold species, including the dreaded black mold (Stachybotrys chartarum).
Essential oils like tea tree oil (Melaleuca), clove oil, and thyme oil are often recommended for their antifungal and antimicrobial properties. These oils can help inhibit mold growth and potentially alleviate some symptoms associated with mold exposure.
Note1: A protocol is required, with staples and a follow-up. + probiotics after the treatment.
Note2: Need to be informed on Herxheimer crisis when killing LPS toxins.
Note3: You have to choose the right molecule to suppress the mold or it will adapt and get stronger. Think before acting.
