I've been having low protein diet, and once in a while tuna.
For the last week I've been eating beef once every 2-3 days. Everytime I had it, my sleep was very bad and mouth smelled bad. I am not buying cheapest meat, it's around 20e per kg. Sometimes the meat smells like shit.
I became rageful, easily irritable and egoistical.
It doesn't happen with egg yolk, tuna or a bit of dairy.

I'm thinking if it's meat in general that causes issues or it's the brand I'm using.
I will try with more expensive meat too.

        Hi,
Nothing to have with the price but maybe the kind and the way the meat is packed.
Less pork (no sausage), moderate beef (not ground to avoid histamine). Try duck and lamb to vary.
You need to balance with glycine: cuts in bone broth for glycine (or powder via collagen if the source is "clean").
If you feel "excited", I'd take some L-theanine. 1 gel at midday and evening.
Add a walk 15' after the evening meal (deep breath).

Have you ever tested yourself for histamine intolerance? DAO blood tests?
          , Histamine in fecal matter?

No. But when I can make the difference between eczema (plaque) and histamine (red pimples and some kind of irritation), there is no need to test If I can manage with lowering side-effects.

            • H3 and F3 food.
            • Less than 50 UI in crisis. 150 - 200 when under control.
            • DAO and Cu
            • quercetin anhydride to calm down mastocytes.
Edit: I had to deal with lazzy transit (MMC) and some kind of SCI (flatulence and gas).
I can give a link to my log if wanted (in French). Not yet completely out of view but under control.
