Ok, you're not marked by the immune system. You can drink milk if you don't overdrive the capacity to digest lactose (enzyme lactase limited).

also I get tiny tiny gas after about 4litre of milk, like 1 or 2 times

people who are intolerent to milk and gluten have digestive physical symptoms like pain, dirreaha gas etc i dont get any of that

        Fine.
But everybody is more or less concerned by gluten. Low-grade inflammation and "aggression" is not perceived. You repair during the night the assault against the border brush of the intestine.

chinese medicine practioner told me I have stomach heat and heat in the large intestine and that I need to avoid white sugar, coffee, milk orange juice and meats, caffiene

and to increase more vegetables, and has given me a herbs to drink with hot water twice a day

your Chinese medicine practitioner gave good tips when there is yin energy, to calm down fire and excess serotonin. But He didn't took in consideration you weren't unable to deal with insoluble fibers.
You can't manage histamine problems (rash) with simply getting things out, unless you accept to follow a diet free of several things. But you need a plan and a follow up by a practitioner. Need information too, how to deal.

As it requires energy to go on and you are not convinced. I'm not going to lose time for someone who flies from flower to flower, attempting to find some relief to go on eating what he prefers and not what he should. Sorry to be cash. But it has to be said.
Read again what I've already said.
First calm down irritation, with less things, not by adding the kind of food or supplement you could tolerate / accept. Even if you could endure it before. The situation has changed.
See Dr. d'Oro if you want more details, to know how to manage a SIBO, before it becomes a MICI (immune reaction)
And don't tell me you don't suffer from SIBO, not yet then, because you're on the way to.

              *) Key information on SIBO/SIFO

              • SIBO, when your health problems come from the small intestine, Part 1: Understanding and diagnosing (In French; translator needed)

              => Key ideas

              • The microbiota is the center of our immunity.
              • If you regularly suffer from bloating, belching, flatulence, gastric reflux, abdominal pain and/or diarrhea, or even unexplained fatigue, most of these disorders come from the small intestine where there is an excess bacteria (SIBO).
There is a close link between bacterial overgrowth and celiac disease (irritable bowel or IBS).
              • SIBO, FODMAP, gluten sensitivity, lactose intolerance, etc. contribute to low-grade inflammation of the intestinal mucosa. However, low-grade inflammation weakens intestinal tightness (leaky gut). This opens the door to the autoimmune reaction.
              • Understand the process that leads to intestinal permeability: ---

Have you tried to get informed of the effects of a lack of SOD enzymes (0.5mg Cu) to help get rid of histamine (H).
                  Not enough.
                  Two ways:

                  1. Try to lower / moderate the take of H through food. Some food brings H (mandarin is H2) but other ones brings and set H free (L), e.g. orange is H3 and L3.
L stands for liberate (set free => reaction from mastocytes).
I can give a useful link if interested, for more info and a PDF to make it easier to confirm when searching.
I dealt with an overload +/ 6 months ago (flatulence, gas + histamine). under control but I still take one pill before breakfast to help the enzymatic way. DAO supplement: 1 000 000 Units.
                  2. Skin dryness could be a consequence of a lack of useful nutrients.
                    Search google AI with:
"Skin dryness and lack of nutrients (intestinal problems)"
Note that all symptoms are not always present.
                  3. You probably lack B1 (thiamine). See the nutritionist Elliot Overton from eonutrition.
If you eat carbs from cereals at 3 meals, you lack thiamine (B1). + malabsorption (inflamed border bross).
                  4. I'm writing an article / summarizing a video (2 Hours) from E. Overton. It takes time.
Understanding active and passive assimilation of vitamin B1
Understanding why nutritional needs & functional deficiencies are 2 different concepts when trying to optimize pharmacological effects.

For skin dryness (from AI google):
=> Skin dryness combined with signs of nutrient deficiency and intestine problems, such as bloating, diarrhea, and unintentional weight loss, can indicate a malabsorption syndrome, where the body cannot properly absorb nutrients, or gut dysbiosis, an imbalance of gut bacteria. Malabsorption leads to malnutrition, which directly affects the skin by hindering its ability to repair damage and maintain hydration and elasticity. Improving gut health through diet, managing stress, and seeking professional medical advice are crucial steps in addressing both the underlying intestinal issue and the resulting skin dryness.
How the Gut Affects Skin Health
                  Nutrient Absorption:
A healthy gut efficiently absorbs vitamins, minerals, and antioxidants essential for skin repair, elasticity, and hydration.
                  Gut-Skin Axis:
The gut and skin are connected through the gut-skin axis, where an imbalanced gut microbiome can trigger inflammation and affect the skin barrier.
                  "Leaky Skin":
An unhealthy gut can increase intestinal permeability, leading to "leaky skin" and contributing to dryness and other skin issues.

When there is only a rash (flush with red skin, no small red pimples on the skin), without intestinal problem, mind when taking B3 supplement if higher than 20-25 mg.
                    There are mainly 2 kinds:
niacin (generic name): maxi 20-25 mg. 10-15 mg safer.
                    niacinamide: no rash problem.

                    Niacin or niacinamide ?
Vitamin B3 comes in two basic forms - niacin (also called nicotinic acid) and niacinamide (also called nicotinamide). A variation on niacin, called inositol hexaniacinate, is also available in supplements.
                    Info:
Niacin can be difficult for the liver to tolerate in high doses, while niacinamide is not at all and can be used in therapeutic doses, whereas niacin would make you totally uncomfortable if you took a therapeutic dosage, often above 10-15 mg (frequently characterized by a flush).
A co-enzyme formula will be directly assimilated, such as Inositol Hexaniacinate (or Hexanicotinate). Approximately 70% will end up in the bloodstream, with a slow release and a peak at 6 – 10 hours.

l end up in the bloodstr

I took dao supplements with no affect,
the dryness comes from the redness as the dead skin cells sit on top

                      "Nutrient Absorption:

Removing fiber 100% removes the redness and then the hydration of skin takes place

This what happens when I stop eating fiber and become constipated

                        1. saying I took DAO without mentioning how much is not very useful.
I have to get the facts straight! otherwise you discourage good will.
Trying one thing without a whole tactics doesn't mean it's not useful.
                          => DAO 1 000 000 UI + Cu 0.5 mg + anhydride quercetin (mastocytes) 2x/d. + no fermented food + no H3 food + no L3 food. Only H1 and H2 accepted during crisis.

                        3. sign you were fragile: How do you react (stomach acid) when drinking coffee or orange juice or tomato sauce? => No info. I have to get the facts straight!
Or I loose energy & time to develop non pertinent things. Frustration when non pertinent.
                        4. OK, I understand. I can make a suggestion but not with an insufficient description.

Conclusion: take time to draw a new overall picture. Only if the situation has been lasting.
