Biotin and liver cancer

I am interested in taking 10mg biotin because it's a cofactor for PDH, the main enzyme responsible for glucose oxidation, and also for preventing gluconeogenesis.
However, Peat wrote how high levels of biotin (from an interview, >1mg) cause fatty liver and then liver cancer. This is from an old study using lab rats and I can't find anything more on this.
Do we know more about this study or is this cancer risk a big buncha bunk?

It's worth considering we're more lazy and retarded than someone like @8f4. And/or that breadcrumbs are involved.

@ThinPicking in general. re: breadcrumbs, I've read one reference of his in an article that explicitly proves the opposite of what he says in the article. like, the study is designed and done and findings explain in such a way that the claim made and the reference to back it is just the complete opposite of what is actually claimed in the article on raypeat website

Fair I'll try to find it.
I don't consider them deadly without a laugh about it. Except that I'm probably not supposed to be able to buy them here. 24/7/365 and a 20 minute walk.
