Stinkier the poop the healthier?

No. It is supposed to have something that's been described as variations of sour. I'm sure not exactly like vinegar though, after all, it has been dredged through an entire intestine. -
I recall Peat saying if your poop smells rotten you probably feel rotten.
If milk is making your poop super foul you’re probably not digesting it that great
-
@BroJonas Talking about farts.
Stool is always 3,4,5 on bristol stool scale. -
It must have been 4 years already thar my poop no longer stinks. Not a smell after I poop. In contrast, in the adjoining shower area where my cat likes to poop, I can smell the strong and foul odor I've come to expect from cat poop. So, I'm sure it's not my lack of sensitivity to smell that has become associated with COVID in the recent years.
It was the unintended consequence of many things I did which I can narrow down to two. First, I lowered my intake of soluble fiber as increased my intake of insoluble fiber. This was to reduce endotoxin and serotonin production. And I only went about doing this after a year of therapeutic magnesium supplementation to increase my magnesium stores. Having increased my magnesium stores enough (though I did not test for magnesium before and after, and I have my reasons for why I felt it wasn't necessary) after a year, where I shifted to an eating lifestyle rich in magnesium, I began to cut back on soluble fiber. I was raised on the idea of the more soluble fiber intake, the better bowel movement is. And while this is true, I realized this from Ray this came at the cost of increased endotoxin and serotonin production. Having high magnesium stores does away with the need for serotonin in the gut to drive peristalsis for smooth bowel movement. And my bowel movement has continued to be as easy as it was before.
At this point though, my poop still stank. But I thought nothing of it as it just seemed natural that poop would stink. After all, it is poop.
But I have a persistent issue which till now I have never overcome. This was like a waterloo for me, in contrast to other battles with chronic health where I felt like Hannibal making minced meat of the invincible Roman phalanx. It was about 20 years since my bp began rising from a normal 120/80 and had risen to level off at 180/120. I had by then decided to try a different tack from the usual methods from conventional medical wisdom and our overlords of misdirection. I decided to go the antimicrobial route. This tack, coupled with addressing toxins such as lead toxicity, was the right direction, however being directionally correct was only half the battle. So till now, ai am still fighting this battle, though I have been through the worst, survived, and am on a slow counter-offensive.
In the midst of it, I noticed that my poop no longer stank, and it's been 4 years. As the antibiotics (pharma)and anti-microbials (herbal, chemical) had to go thru my gut on the way to my blood vessels and tissues where toxins and microbes lay, my gut was in effect sterilized ( not totally, as that doesn't really happen). This would include the biofilms that line the gut walls, where anaerobic bacteria and fungi colonize and thrive.
Since I have a hobby raising koi in a pond, I came to be aware that anaerobes can be fermentative or putrefactive. Fermentative anaerobes (F for short) are seen as the good anaerobes and the putrefactive (P for short) as the bad. F smells sour and sweet, such as vinegar and beer and wine), whereas P is obnoxious, as in rotten eggs and hydrogen sulfide in high school chemistry lab. When F is dominant in the anaerobic microbiome hiding behind the gut biofilm, poop that comes out smells good, and when P is dominant, poop smells atrocious. This is my theory, at the very least.
It has been a very pleasant 4 years of waking up to my routine in the bathroom. I hope it stays that way.

The odor can be from 2 things: DHT or Your body is not getting rid of toxins properly (Your digestion is compromised).
For example, people tend to note that all farmers smell, (They all just smell very strongly of DHT and don't necessarily smell bad). If you are on the Ray Peat Diet, people can sometimes say you smell (when in reality you just smell strongly of DHT and they aren't used to it since everyone in society is low DHT).
DHT smells very strong and musky, and makes people want to have sex with you when they catch a whiff. But it smells very musky, and normal people can confuse it for being smelly when they catch a whiff because they aren't used to it.
If your body is not getting rid of toxins properly and your digestion is not ideal, you will have that "Old Man" Smell that smells like you are dying that genuinely smells bad and gives off the impression that you are weak or sick.

My Mom said I smell like fermenting milk yesterday. Is that it or am I dying?

@Kilgore I couldn't tell you unless I was around you in person. If you want to know what DHT smells like, all you have to do is stop showering for 3-4 days straight and you will smell like straight up DHT.
Showering is the bigger DHT-annihilator, but like I said - you kind of have to shower if you have a 9-5 job or school. Society is not friendly to the smell of DHT. A lot of homeless men smell like straight up DHT, but they can also genuinely stink, so sometimes it's difficult for people to tell the difference.

Does that include no deodorant as well? I just use baking soda, but if I wouldn't shower and have my armpit smell like that.... Well I could not do it. Other than that I am fine with experimenting with this.

I got to school but only twice a week. I'll let the women be in ave of my high DHT state.

@CharlieLover123 Quite the opposite!

@Kilgore Skim milk right? I ask because often the answer is often surprisingly 'no' as if ray suggested a super high fat diet
-
@CO3 Yeah. 1%
