Has anybody here struggled with hypersomnia? I believe that most of people get quite contrary problems, they can't get enough sleep, but in my case I have days when I can sleep for about 13 hours. Typically I get 10 hours of sleep a day, and I have sleep debt to pay when I get less.

I don't really know how should I handle this. Feeling I got after waking up is as you would take 4 mgs of cypro, I feel very groggy. I'm on thyroid, if this helps.

How many calories are you eating and do you hit all micros? Do you have any symptoms of gut dysfunction, food sensitivities etc?
