      Liver pain from supplements... Gonna stay vegetarian and add freshly picked seafood eventually possibly for cholesterol or whatever. I just hope the sea where I live isn't polluted... You can get zinc from peas and if the gut microbiome is healthy its not a huge problem with all that fibre no?

      Not much from plants is bioavailable.
      Better eat raw muscle meat, raw organs, raw eggs, raw milk, raw honey.

        @Santosh

        makes me smell like shit and sits in my stomach and smells absolutely putrid

        I have heart disease and I get short of breath eating animal products. Today I've been eating sorghum and I feel good and cycled around. Even feel like I might be able to run and climb again in a few days

        the advice on this forum is very dangerous for certain people

        bioavailability is bullshit, the reason people in the west can't be vegetarians is because their gut is nuked, bacteria in healthy guts break down antinutrients like Oxalobacter (look that one up)

        plants have less nutrients but they are lighter so you just eat more to get the same nutrition out of it

            @Kilgore Kamakura goes hard man, all about that collar roll. Spread collars look better on me though because I have a big ole head.

                    We're going to talk about this @questforhealth2. But not right now. I have things to do.

                        @CO3 this is a great read, thank you!
                        I have always been fond of natural fabrics and have read about how the frequencies of different fabrics correlate to various diseases, with natural ones associated with higher vibrations.

                        I believe that wearing bras, particularly those with metal wires, can be equally harmful.
                        I have always been fascinated by the women of indigenous tribes who wear minimal or no clothing on their breasts 😂

                        Following these best practices - a healthy diet and clothing made of natural fabrics may not be enough though without meaningful interactions with others.

                          @Santosh Raw animal foods are great. Fruits too though!
