      @Rayp-Eat mine:

500g of potatoes(boiled>cooled>air fryed with 2tbsp of coconut oil)

300-500ml of Raw milk with honey

      6 boiled eggs

How peaty is my diet and what can I change to improve it? As a college guy, I don't have a huge budget but I can surely squeeze in the important ones

@Hitler It's hard to find organic oranges here, plus I have college. What's a good alternative to OJs? I heard Peat mentioned about guavas. can I just eat guavas instead of the juices? Also any other alternatives would be appreciated 👍

@kyrre never heard of the guava recommendation before, but that could work. To be honest, I don’t even bother stressing out over organic milk or OJ if I’m not home, I’ll just get whatever the cheapest ones are at Costco and they just work.

My big four for when I’m away from home are:

            • OJ
            • Whole Milk
            • Eggs
            • Haagen-dazs
            • Beef gelatin (use with coffee)

I try not to overthink it. No point in stressing out over milk that’s not raw A2 grass fed etc. if I just can’t get it at the moment.

@kyrre you can definitely up the milk. That's a staple of mine. I go through about 1/2-2/3 of a gallon daily. Don't worry about raw so much if it's cost-prohibitive. Just drink what you can afford and digest best. For me; that's store-brand skim milk

@Hitler thanks alot man, I already have some contacts for some raw buffalo milk(it's less than a dollar here for a litre). Also about gelatin, I can get my hands only on chicken feets and that's my only source. Will try to add in more fruits aswell

@kyrre for gelatin I just use NOW beef gelatin powder, very convenient. Of course, making use of things like chickens legs and whatnot is much better, but for on-the-go situations you really can’t beat it.

@Rayp-Eat I'm on a cut rn so I'm basically eating lean ground veal, beef shanks that are braised, gelatin, OJ, lowfat milk, 1/2 oz of liver daily

                        Hello everyone,
I am on a bulk rn and need peaty carb options. What is the peatiest way to eat potatoes? Peeled or whole? Is rice better or is it too starchy?

@PeaterDinklage For bulking, probably in general too, whatever you find easiest to digest. For me, I can eat so much more rice than any other carb source. I don't think there's anything wrong with rice for increasing calories, it just contains far less vitamins and minerals than potatoes.

                          Good things are immeasurably costly

@PeaterDinklage Potatoes have a better nutrient profile and also contain high quality protein. Dr. Peat said that potato protein has a value of about 105 percent, slightly better than egg yolk, and significantly better than the protein found in rice or beans. Get some extra protein in while you're eating your carbs!

I don’t meal prep dinners but prep lunches daily. My go to is ground beef (start with onion cooked in butter in the pan for flavour base, then add beef), sweet potato and a carrot salad on the side .

Usually top with some honey and devour as one big slop. Hits the spot taste and balance wise!
