Whats worth knowing about structured water / magnetized water?
-
Ray & others talked about water in cells being structurally different to typical liquid water , more gel like , viscous.
Apparently magnetizing water changes its structure (but doesn't make it more viscous?). it sounded woo-woo at first but there's animal studies showing effects like increasing bone density , increasing glutathione, improving exercise performance, know anything to share about this?
and Ray mentioned this in mind & tissue
When more has been learned about magnetism, water, and the structure of protoplasm, so that long-range safety is assured, we can probably expect to see the
establishment of regular brain improvement resorts, using the combined effects of structured water, mountain air, electrons, and environmental magnetism.
It is possible that the optimum conditions already exist in some regions, and
account for the unique vigor of the inhabitants. The brain is so important in the aging process, magnetic stimulation might lengthen life by intensifying brain function, causing sounder sleep, and improving repair processesRadiation does disrupt water structure, and stabilizing water structure protects against radiation damage (Webb).
Excited electronic states--e.g., singlet oxygen--are known to last longer in cell-water than in bulk water.
Solvated electrons also have a special stability in cell-water. It seems more reasonable to interpret the effect of irradiation on brain development as a melting of the water structure that supports the developmental gradient, than to suppose it is a gene effectMagnetic fields presumably act biologically by
acting on the structure of water, and Kholodov has
established that a continuous sinusoidal magnetic field has a
sedative and inhibiting effect, modifying the EEG and
raising the level of GABA in the brain (Speranskiy, 1973).
The activity of oxygen increases in magnetically treated
waterVoprosy Kurortologii Fizioterapii i Lech. Fiz. Kult., No. 6, pp. 536-
540, 1972) reported that decimeter wave treatment
normalizes adrenal function and improves breathing in
asthma patients.
The structure of water appears to be the only aspect of the cell which is sensitive enough to account
for the observed effectsSzent-Gyorgyi has written a few books arguing that the properties of life
depend on the electronic or photoelectric properties of the protein-water gel. Fluorescence and resonance have been proposed as a possible basis for nerve function. The fact that water is ordered in cells, and appears to be arranged
longitudinally in nerves would seem appropriate if the gel
structure is involved in the longitudinal conductivity of
nerves. The observation that the gross conductivity of the
brain is decreased by exhaustion (Crile, p. 200) and that the
brain's electrical gradient is lower in fatigue led me to
consider an electronic approach to consciousness, which
relates the "Hopkins- Szent-Gyorgyi-Racker electron pool"
to the states of consciousness, as well as to mitosis.Boris V. Deryaguin was demonstrating that even flat glass surfaces alter the behavior of water at a considerable distance from the glass. (It showed structural elasticity at distances under 900 Angstrom units.) After many years of experience in the study of water, Deryaguin discovered another important phenomenon: water could "remember" having been in the
frozen state for as long as a day after being melted (it had
different properties between vibrating glass plates).
Several years ago in an industrial process which
involved "floating" ore with magnets to refine it, the water
which had been magnetically treated was found to be more
capable than ordinary water of holding in solution the
minerals which are deposited as "scale" inside water tanks
and pipes. This led to many investigations of the properties
of magnetized water, and to reports that its density, surface
tension, and possibly its refractive index are higher than
ordinary water's"the more complex water is, the more chances we
have to find a really adequate description of what an
organism is and why water behaves as it does in the living
material." The difference is whether we treat strangeness as
a threat, or as an opportunity. If even pure water is capable of magnetic and
structural "memory," then the more complex, stable, and
variable structures composed of water and biological
materials would seem to be an ideal basis for the rich
storages of consciousness. Soviet nerve biologists are
investigating these subtle inner changes of nerve cells. In the
new science that is emerging, everything is taking on an
integral kind of meaning, and things become easier to
understand as they become more complexmany questions present themselves
What will treated water do to various organisms and tissues? Which organisms and tissues are most sensitive to magnetism? What does temperature do to the magnetic sensitivity of a tissue? Does an alternating field have a special effect? How did the earth's magnetic field affect evolution? Does the geological record of periodic changes
in the earth's magnetic field have something to do with the
sudden appearance of new phyla of plants and animals? Can
we be aware of changes in magnetic fields? Do animals
orient themselves by the magnetic field? Can magnetism be used in medicine? Some of these questions have been partly
answered, and others are just now starting to be investigatedIt has been known since the end of the last century that a magnet will delay a nerves response to an electrical stimulus, as if its structure had been preserved momentarily. If we think of the magnetic field as
stabilizing the "head state," it occurs to us that the earth's
magnetic field must have been an important factor in
evolution, supporting or promoting "cephalization."he also mentioned gerald pollack who's on youtube , researching the effects of light on structuring water in cells

increased exercise performance by increasing liver glycogen storage https://www.ncbi.nlm.nih.gov/pmc/articles/PMC8153701/In an abstract, Chen et al. (2005) provided by gavage 0.5 mL of 0, 33.3% or 100% of a stabilized SW product to mice (n = 14 treatment and 14 controls) for 30 d.
Mice normally drink 4 to 6 mL/d, and a 25-g mouse has a maximum stomach volume of 0.5 mL. Before provided SW, and after 30 d, the mice performed a swim endurance test.
Compared to baseline and a control group that did not receive SW, mice that were given SW increased swim duration from 16 ± 8 to 24 ± 10 min (33.3% SW; P <0.05) and to 38 ± 30 min (100% SW). The authors correlated increased swim time with increased pre-exercise liver glycogen stores g/100 g; control: 41 ± 12 vs. 33.3 % SW: 65 ± 20 (P < 0.002 compared with control) and 100% SW: 67±16 (P < 0.0002 compared with control) in a separate group of mice treated the same way except for no exercise.
It was concluded that providing 3% to 10% of the daily water intake in the form of SW was able to increase liver glycogen content and increase swim duration.they called it "clustered water" (patented product study tho) https://sponet.de/Record/4011042
(apparently the change in structure from using magnets only lasts an hour or so outside the body? but maybe some ways to extend this)
Physical chemists are well aware of water’s mysterious nature1 and the many different forms of water clusters2 due to hydrogen bonding.3 Very little about water clusters in bulk phase (i.e. water not at the surface or edges of another material) is understood.4 In fact, it is considered to be one of the unsolved problems in chemistry.5 These clusters have been experimentally detected6-8 or predicted from theoretical computational models in bulk liquid water.9-11 [https://molecularhydrogeninstitute.org/microclustering-the-making-of-a-myth-part-1-facts-claims-and-history/]

Just from personal experience, I soak my feet at night in structured water. Before doing this I had all the hallmarks of hypothyroidism in my skin, (dry, cracked, peeling). I now have perfect skin on my feet, (and the structured water also seems to positively affect the rest of my skin as well, (simply by soaking my feet).
It also reduces end of the day fatigue, and typically allows me to make my evenings more active, (finish projects instead of watching tv, clean up, etc). Having now experienced T3, I’d say the effects are similar.

@evan-hinkle interesting, what are you using to structure it?
"the flow of electrons is the basic thing that structures water. when i talk about energy and structure, im thinking about primarily first of all the fine layers of water adjoining protein and fat in cells, and thats created and maintained by the flow of electrons mostly from glucose to oxygen through the various catalysts.
and when thats interrupted, when oxygen isnt able to keep pulling the electrons and this flow of electrons that generates the structure just like if you stir a pot of spaghetti all the strings line up in certain direction , that sort of thing is what happens microscopically the energy flow generates structure and that has all of the consequences of ... a german researcher named Andre Sommer has been doing extremely interesting researching showing red light itself organizes the structure of water , " -
@cs3000 I use a few different methods, (a red light device, a Somavedic, and a Natural Action Technologies funnel). Primarily I use the Natural Action Technologies funnel. I also have a whole home water structuring unit attached to my water line, (that’s from Greenfield Water).
Each of these methods gives a great end result on the water.
