@NotShanalotte I knew this was about to be an issue for this site. You can't have an open forum for Bioenergtics & have all the racist peaters too. I think maybe have an option to 'quarantine' a user or something, or 'mute' a user.
If you can't do such a delicate thing, definitely ban him; this forum is a better place to welcome people to Ray Peat then twitter, which is more disjointed anyways as a platform, & is more open for open racism anyways.

@ThinPicking no it's on you, i provide RCTs you share fairy tales. i know ray peat well enough to know that he seldom if ever provides real empirical evidence of his claims and yet he always acts as if he's doing modern science. he claims avocado's are toxic based on a study on avocado oil in rats where only a liver marker was measured. nevermind the body of evidence demonstrating protection against liver disease in humans. he didn't do this just one time. his articles are non stop pseudo-science of this kind. animal studies, in vitro studies, made up stories ('i grew an inch', 'william blake could count the nerve endings in his temple better than an electron microscope', ...), misinterpretations of stories ('large hypothalami in taxi drivers means their work made them grow that'), ... he even did craploads of mechanistic science, ironically. my IQ was measured and would allow me into mensa. everything you write is arrogant and does nothing but beat around the bush

@Lovesickhs18 I'm not a mod anymore so your option is only to block such users now. You can see the quality of discourse in the rest of this thread, but this is what the admin wants, free speech. Though I recall him wanting high quality discourse, which seems impossible this way.
