Where do I begin?

@cs3000
Excellent! Thank you very much. -
Nice find on the baking soda malic acid thingy.
Funny using CO2 to activate a nitric oxide-cGMP progenitor cell though but hey. Why need NO when you have CO2 as a vasodilator already, right?
-
@rosy-fingered
Most probably. I seem incapable of taking forward action in any direction.
Could be a side effect of low metabolism. I feel less lethargic and apathetic after further minimizing PUFA. Maybe it's just placebo though

I'll be trying out coconut oil in the morning very soon.
-
@rosy-fingered coconut oil gave me diarrhea if I ate more than 3 spoonfuls with nothing else.
I'd avoid pastry, because they're full of corn starch too. #1 PUFA source is fried chicken, #2 is cakes and similar deserts. Half life of PUFA in the body is 2 years, so why risk putting even a spoon a day in?

I want to start out with a teaspoon of it and eventually ease myself into a full tablespoon.

Probably at that much in one shot, some don't get absorbed through the small intestine and goes to the colon, and being anti-microbial, it kills microbes and the endotoxin it leaves behind renders the gut liquid contaminated enough for the gut walls to reject absorbing back into blood. More liquid in the gut is what amounts to diarrhea.
But I take diarrhea as a good sign when I take biofilm busters and/or antimicrobials.
I use activated charcoal to absorb the endotoxins and the diarrhea goes away.
-
@yerrag is there endotoxin if I don't eat any starch? Main reason for me not eating coconut oil is lack of a convenient meal I can make with it.
Activated charcoal absorbs minerals too. I'd be cautious to use it frequently. I'm trying eating carrots, seems to work well.
-
@psi I take AC only when endotoxin induces diarrhea occurs. Very infrequently.
-
Endotoxin come from dead bacteria. Could happen when you take VCO. Just depends on context.
-
@yerrag great to know. I thought the polysaccharide part came from starch. I also had blood in my shit which went away only when I did sugar and milk. Perfect golden turds. Not entirely sure what caused the blood, probably PUFA made me sensitive to starch. Or acidity regulators added to store bought bread.
-
The polysaccharide is the material of the car ass of gram-negative bacteria. It has little to do with the sugar we ingest, starch or non-starch.
The intake of too much soluble fibers, whether in starch or in fruits create a water-abaorptive medium that when not quickly transited out the fecal route, encourages microorganisms to proliferate and multiply. These microbes continually die as their life span has limits, as well as engage other microbes in a never-ending battle for dominance, and the endotoxins are what's left of the gram-negative microbes.
-
@yerrag are you taking coconut oil to purge the bacteria?

Cococonut is also virucide. So, it would be advisable not to take it at the beginning of the process when trying to alleviate the load for liver. No problem with coconut oil if you manage well.
By the way, the way out is easier with MUFA (olive oil or avocado), and still easier with PUFA (white fish and seafood). Need to be known when the liver is overburdened. -

No, my gut has been used to coconut oil growing up.
-
@LucH how do I sense that the liver is overburdened?
Main problem with coconut oil is that I don't wanna eat it on its own. I was pondering making mashed potato to go with it, but I'm trying to exclude starch for the first streak without it in my life aside from fasting.
