Scientists restricted one amino acid (isoleucine) in mice. This made them eat twice as much, have ~75% less fat mass, and live 33% longer.

It would be hard to follow a diet that restricted. 4oz of cheddar gets you 100% the rda. You'd be up against the target at 1.5oz of hard cheese.
Nuts, seeds, fruit and vegetables. A vegan diet and some gelatin would be the only option for something like this.
