Is a slowing pulse and lowered body temperature while dieting a problem?

My morning temps are in the 96s and pulse is in the 50s as I'm approaching my ideal weight.
I was phobic about a pulse under 75 and temps under 97.8 but this sabotaged my weight loss efforts. I've decided to ignore the issue this time around but I"m still tracking it.

Note: If you slow too much your metabolism, you won't be able to recover a stable weight. Measure is all. Need to stabilize.
=> When slowing carburation too long, there is an impact on thyroid. So that you'll take the weight back. See the wall in front of you, not the target. You have to jump above the wall. But first you have to make a staple: Press the button pause. -
@LucH I automatically track calories and for the most part remember everything I eat. I pull back on sugar because it stimulates my appetite.
Do you feel the lowered temperatures etc is more harmful than the benefits of being at an ideal weight?
Note: If you slow too much your metabolism, you won't be able to recover a stable weight.
I'm hoping exercise will prevent any permanent metabolic damage. It's a risk from my reading
I could maintain a higher temperature if I lose the weight slower but then I need to diet for longer and I want to stop dieting and eat a normal amount.

If low temp can't be changed yes.

That's complete nonsense, unless we're talking about people with a normative level of body fat. A BMI of 29-32 is not healthy because an above-normal BMI implies a high level of body fat, which inevitably leads to metabolic disorders over time. High body fat levels impact physiology in various ways, but perhaps the most serious issue is the localized mechanical pressure it causes. This pressure increases pro-inflammatory cytokines, which inhibit glucose oxidation by impairing insulin sensitivity. This is critical because it is at this point that metabolic syndrome begins. Moreover, there is an increase in lipolytic enzymes and chronically elevated free fatty acid (FFA) levels in the serum, which, when polyunsaturated fatty acids (PUFAs) are overrepresented, becomes catastrophically detrimental.
