@nicemushroom17 yup, and I’ve ingested more than I probably should’ve at times — zero symptoms but good vibes

Sounds good, will get it when it's back in stock. It sucks I couldn't find mk4 on amazon, they only have mk7 or combined mk4/mk7

@pondfountain well that stinks. I’ve heard thorne is good too. There was maybe one or two other brands out there making clean ingestible mk4 supplements

@LetTheRedeemed I got the Forefront k2 mk4 drops, it's a bit cheaper than Thorne but seems good.

@pondfountain Chris master john has a video on mk7 heart palpitations and what it means and what to do about it

fwiw I feel better on mk7 is a regular supplement over mk4, although I do use both . what I mean is getting mk7 seems to coincide with a positive for me.

Currently trying calcirol vitamin D from idealabs with vit K mk4 from Thorne, no palpitations but still positive effects, using coconut oil as a carrier.

@LetTheRedeemed possibly the blood clotting effect of vitamin k (for example i mixed it with dmso so it may be also a factor)

LOL Vitamin K doesn't cause "blood clotting," this is an ignorant carry-over from the medical industry. Substances either build material for proper coagulation or they break them down. Clotting is caused by aberrations and break off in tissue structure, serotonergic platelet aggregation, protein malformations, etc.

@bio3nergetic Don't get me wrong, I wasn't insisting people stop taking vit k. It was just a theory, which you seem to have proved incorrect

This was always a joke lol.

A simple routine using a <$30 penis pump off Aliexpress and some cheap toes shields (for use of soft clamping 1-3x a week) will be way faster than whatever topicals you think is growing your penis.

@Jaffe I’ve read that that’s not permanent, however. Do you know of anecdotes that experienced permanence?

What is known, is that increasing androgens can increase penis size — androgenic vitamins are always safe and worth a shot imo.

At least some of us learned in the process of topical application of d/k, that our wee-wees were basically anhedonic, and now the world is different in the best way ever… lol. I’d love for girls to try topical on their private places as well…
