Best ways to get large portions of salt

Does anyone have suggestions on adding salt to the diet?
I've expermiented putting a lot of salt in mash potato, in gelatin or broth or even adding salt to icecream.
The results have been good. Salt makes me feel great. It brings upon a calmness and restoration of my breathing. -

cheese and ham. Mind E250-255 (nitrites), and acid-base balance (K).
Sauerkraut for fiber.
Mind excess histamine with these 3 kinds. 150-200 units / day. Only one choice among these ones. -

Potato piure with milk and butter. Milk decreases the salt flavor so you can put a ton. The more milk, the less salty it is.
